Abayomi is responsible for the Development of the Human Resources department processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals. He leads the Human Resources practices and objectives that has provided an employee-oriented high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards. Abayomi is a holder of BS.c degree on Biochemistry and Advance Diploma in Security Operations & Management (ADSOM) in the University of Lagos.
He's a certified CPO AND CPP and has attended several workshops and seminars such as Ethics on the 21st century Security Professionals, Strategic Management for Managers, Capacity building training on transition and succession, Leadership and Personal Effectiveness for Managers, Problem Solving & Decision Making Techniques, Learning to lead for first time Managers (ITF).
Adegboyega is a certified CPP, Certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS Auditor, The institute of Management Consultants (Fellow), Certified Protection Officer (CPO), Certified ISO 9001:2008 QMS Auditor and also significantly holds a certificate in Security Orientation.
He is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, American Society of industrial Security Chapter 206, Association of Industrial Security and Safety Operators of Nigeria (ASIS), International Foundation for Protection Officers. Adegboyega is responsible for maintaining our ISO 9001:2008 QMS and also pioneering the recent transition into the ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
He has closely followed and monitored our quality management system to reduce the opportunity for error. If there is a situation, Adegboyega gets to the root of the problem in order to make sure issues are not repeated as he solely ensures compliance of processes in the company with the Quality Manual and departmental Standard Operational Procedures, monitoring the quality of service rendered to ensure customers satisfaction.

Ebenezer Adeyemi oversees the operational activities of the North Western region of the country. Ebenezer Adeyemi pioneers the general operational activities of the North western region branches.

Kayode is a Certified Security Professional (CSP), Certified Protection Officer (CPO), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), holder of HSE level 3, Security Orientation Course (Olive Green Institute, India) and Advanced Diploma Security Operations/Management.

Prior to joining Kings Guards, he worked with Bemil as the Head of Omega (a subsidiary of Bemil Nig. Ltd). Olusegun's greatest strengths are his creativity, drive & leadership spirit, Motivational and Staff Management skills.
He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company's reach. He holds a masters degree in Microbiology and Parisitology from the University of Lagos, Akoka.
He is a certified CPO & CPP and also a member of American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), and International Foundation of Protection Officers.

Taiwo has had over 25 years in the banking industry before joining Kings Guards to become an integral part of the company's growth and development not just in the Finance aspect but across the organization.
He is an Associate member, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and has attended several workshop and seminars on the Strategy for bank survival, Foreign Exchange, Marketing of bank services and Technology Competence Initiative. He is a true leader that does not only lead from the front but also right there in the trenches with his troops.
