Based in the North East of Ireland, the company was set up over 30 years ago by brothers Jimmy and Brendan Carroll. From humble beginnings, the company has rapidly grown from providing small scale construction work to undertaking developments in excess of 500 houses (from start to finish) and large scale industrial developments... At Lorrac Developments, we provide an all-inclusive service from civil engineering and contracting to residential development and general construction.
