Christina is the Creative Design Director at Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architects, leading the interior design teams, overseeing the overall design process from conception to completion, and leading marketing efforts. She collaborates with clients, architects, and other professionals to create innovative and inspiring architectural designs.
Danny brings a depth of experience to all phases of the design process, with responsibilities for the management of design teams, consultant coordination, and establishing & maintaining client relations. As a partner, Danny will oversee many corporate, growth and operations initiatives for the firm. While at NMDA, Daniel has led many large complex iconic projects such as Valhalla Resort, Secrets Costa Mujeres, The Peabody Roanoke, and the Edition San Pancho. Along with being partner, Danny serves as the principal project architect for the domestic and international resort design studio.
Jim Suggs began his architectural career in 1978. He has amassed extensive experience with the last 15 years focused on large scale hospitality and mixed-use projects expanding his expertise in the planning of hotels and hotel-driven environments. While at NMDA, Jim has led many of the companies defining domestic projects such as Broward County Convention Center Omni Hotel, City Place Intercontinental Hotel, The Auberge at Bishops Lodge, and the Chatwal Lodge. Along with being partner, Jim also serves as the senior project manager for the entire NMDA design studio.

Marc Jacob DeSantis is a founder and designer for Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architects. His classical training at the University of Notre Dame and his three years of design experience at Robert A.M. Stern in New York brings a structured and classical perspective to the boutique hospitality firm.
During his time with RAMSA, Marc worked on high level residential projects including the design, interiors, and details of 220 Central Park South, 550 Madison Ave, and 555 W 22nd. Street.
Michael Lungren is at the forefront of the architectural artist world. He works with his client's ideas, or he can develop a concept based on the project's requirements. He has the gift to visualize his client's architectural intent and transform it into a mood-provoking artistic representation.

Nunzio is the founding partner of Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architects. His approach to architecture is based on 45 years of experience and an understanding of hospitality requirements related to developing truly unique and memorable architecture and environments.
Nunzio is very involved in the design of projects and begins each by understanding challenges, local architectural vernacular, culture, weather and materials. Nunzio leads teams by establishing early concepts through drawing and exploration which determines a project's architectural planning, individuality, style and expression.
Nunzio has completed in excess of 100,000 hotel rooms located throughout the world including a variety of hotel types, from limited service hotels to entertainment and gaming hotels, to ultra-luxury one-of-a-kind boutique resorts. His hotels and resorts be found in a vast number of architectural, hospitality and travel publications.

Phillip is a licensed Architect with 25+ years of experience leading architecture practices, project production, client engagement and complex global projects with a focus on the Hospitality, Entertainment, Mixed-Use and Commercial sectors. Collaborative leader responsible for establishing short and long-term goals and implementing best practices focused on client development, project delivery and financial performance.
Phillip is an active and engaged leader developing and implementing strategies for elevating talent and expertise within the practice resulting in a more cohesive leadership team and impactful cross disciplinary strengths.
With more than 15 years of experience in the architectural design and construction fields, Scott has become skilled in a broad range of project types and sizes working in large-scale, mixed-use developments, retail, commercial, collegiate, religious, and hospitality sectors. He has been instrumental in leading the growth of NMDA, he will help lead the overall company vision, growth, and management. While at NMDA, Scott has led many large complex iconic projects such as City Place Intercontinental Hotel, the JW Marriott Reston Station, and Tradewinds resort. Along with being partner, Scott serves as a principal project manager for the domestic design studio.
