Randy grew up in rural Oklahoma and was instilled with the "small town" values of hard work, family first, and personal responsibility. He graduated from Oklahoma's largest agricultural school, Oklahoma State University, in 1981 with a degree in business administration. Randy went on to attend and graduate from the University of Oklahoma school of law in 1984. He immediately moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to begin his professional career. Randy worked for the firms of Shinehouse and Duesing and Jolley, Urga, Wirth and Woodbury as well as serving as In House Counsel for Bally's corporation where he learned the three major areas of his practice today: business, employment, and real estate. In 1994 Randy started his own law firm in Las Vegas.
