Christinna is a board certified Physician Assistant who specializes in Cosmetic Dermatology. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University and then earned her Masters of Science degree with the Physician Assistant program at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ in 2011. Christinna has had years of clinical experience in Urgent care, OB-GYN, and Plastic Surgery. Her true passion for cosmetic dermatology is evident through her work and relationships with patients. On a typical day you can find Christinna performing a wide variety of non invasive cosmetic treatments such as injectables, vampire facials, laser, radiofrequency treatments and much more.

Shari Sperling, DO, is a board certified dermatologist who specializes in medical, cosmetic, laser and surgical dermatology for adults and children. She practices in Florham Park, NJ and is affiliated with St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. Dr. Sperling is a fellow of both the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. She is a member of both the Dermatological Society of New Jersey and the American Medical Association. She serves on the panel for the National Disease and Therapeutic Index and is a member of the Awards Committee and the In Service Training Exam Committee of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. Dr. Sperling is the recipient of two Doctors' Choice Awards, an honor awarded by her peers. She has authored several articles in prestigious dermatological journals. Dr. Sperling graduated from Binghamton University and earned her medical degree at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and completed two residencies in Family Practice and Dermatology at St. John's Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, NY, both with the title of Chief Resident. Dr. Sperling is passionate about her patients and strives to treat them with the utmost sensitivity and care. She volunteers her services to the community at large through free skin cancer screenings. Dr. Sperling's goal is to help people achieve their potential through spectacular skin care. She is happily married and the mother of three children.

Emily Strelec is a nationally certified Physician Assistant licensed in New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Carolina and went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hall University. Upon completing her Master's degree, Emily completed a cosmetic medicine and medical dermatology PA fellowship and has been practicing medical and cosmetic dermatology for several years since. In her free time, Emily enjoys hiking, baking, and spending time with her husband and rescue dog.

Maira Russo has been a board-certified Physician Assistant since 2011. Prior to becoming a PA, she was an active-duty Nurse in the United States Army for over 12 years. She received her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hall University. Maira went on to obtain a position in Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Reconstructive Surgery and Facial Plastics which has been instrumental in her current injectable practice. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery and is a member of the Advisory Committee at Monmouth University's Physician Assistant Program.
