Addy Kundla is a senior account executive at The Wilbert Group, supporting various clients from corporate to commercial real estate including RocaPoint Partners, MDH Partners and more. She enjoys working collaboratively with a team to produce creative campaigns that yield results. She loves working in public relations because every day is different. Before joining Wilbert, Addy worked for an entertainment public relations firm on integrated marketing campaigns for clients such as Warner Bros. Pictures, Walt Disney Studios, AppleTV+ and more. She originally fell in love with PR through her mom, who co-founded the former Atlanta-based public relations firm, KCPR. Addy graduated from Auburn University with her bachelor's degree in public relations and minor in business. She was born and bred in Atlanta, and loves everything the city offers. She enjoys pop culture, traveling and discovering new and unique spots around town.

Aliya Seymour

Aliya Seymour is a senior account executive and works on a variety of commercial real estate and retail accounts including Selig Enterprises, CBL Properties and CBRE Global Investors. She is passionate about being a source of value in her position, helping to amplify clients through strategic messaging and creative solutions. Prior to joining The Wilbert Group, Aliya was a public relations intern at the Piedmont Park Conservancy where she developed key skills in traditional and digital media and assisted in coordinating multiple annual events. She also interned at a local public relations agency working on a diverse set of accounts including those in the interior design, horticulture and facility management industries. Aliya is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where she received a bachelor's degree in advertising with a minor in Spanish. During her time at UGA, she served as a writer and editor for two on-campus magazines. She currently resides in the metro Atlanta area and enjoys reading, checking out new restaurants and spending time with her family.

Allie Cyr

Allie Cyr is an Assistant Account Executive at The Wilbert Group supporting a variety of accounts, including Ryan Companies, Bridge Commercial Real Estate, OAK Veritas, JW Collection/Warehouse, Christian City and Uptown. She is passionate about crafting compelling narratives, delivering strong results, and building strong relationships. Prior to joining The Wilbert Group, Allie was the Senior Public Relations intern for the City of Columbia. She developed and executed internal and external communications for all city employees as well as created press releases, media advisories, logos, and graphics for City of Columbia events. She also worked for The Carolina Agency as an Account Manager where she provided innovative solutions to communications issues presented by clients across the Southeast. She drafted creative briefs, media alerts, press releases, newsletters, and brochures for academic, not-for-profit, start-up and established business sectors. Allie graduated with leadership distinction from The University of South Carolina with a bachelor's degree in public relations and a minor in business administration. During her time at USC, she was a part of the PRSSA, Carolina Sales Institute and was a Social Media Ambassador for Give 4 Garnet. Allie also studied abroad in Paris during her time at USC. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, cooking, playing with her cats, and learning guitar.

Caroline Gold - VP

Caroline Gold is a vice president, leading public relations efforts for real estate clients, professional service firms and nonprofit organizations. Caroline contributes excellent writing skills, confident public speaking abilities, a strategic mindset and media relations expertise. She is passionate about the creative process and enjoys using critical thinking to discover and tell exciting stories. Caroline leads The Wilbert Group's fellowship program, partnering with nearby universities to recruit top talent and bring exciting career opportunities to recent college graduates. She is also involved with several community organizations that represent causes she is passionate about. She is currently serving a three-year term on the Alliance Theatre Advisory Board (Class of 2025), joining other business and civic leaders in providing strategic advice to the Board of Directors, executive staff and other organizational leaders to support the theatre's mission of expanding hearts and minds on stage and off. Previously, she served on the planning committee for the High Museum's annual mixology competition and fundraising event, Highball. She graduated from the University of Georgia in May 2016 with a bachelor's degree in advertising and a master's degree in journalism and mass communication. Prior to joining The Wilbert Group in January 2017, Caroline completed a six-month-long fellowship with Omnicom Group agencies FleishmanHillard and BBDO. She completed travel-study programs in South Korea, France, Cuba and at the University of Oxford. In her free time, she loves thrifting, reading and exploring Atlanta's many neighborhoods with her husband, son and their dog Mia.

Caroline Wilbert, president of The Wilbert Group, provides leadership and sets strategy for the firm and also works closely with clients. She is focused on developing programs that drive measurable business results for clients. She is passionate about defining clients' stories and then consistently telling those stories in the marketplace through a variety of channels, including traditional news and social media. Under Caroline's leadership, the firm has grown every year since its founding in 2009 and now ranks as one of the largest five PR firms in metro Atlanta. The firm's geographic footprint also has expanded, with clients based across the country. Committed to creating a meaningful work experience for Wilbert's growing team, Caroline is particularly proud of the Wilbert Wellness program, as well as the firm's pro bono work in the community. Caroline began her career in journalism, including seven years as a business reporter for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and two years at the Atlanta Business Chronicle. She won awards both for breaking news and feature writing. Caroline's work appeared in The New York Times, Fast Company, Fortune Small Business, Atlanta magazine and many other publications nationwide. Caroline has a journalism degree from the University of Georgia. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Affordable Housing Fund and on the Advisory Council for the City of Refuge. The Atlanta Business Chronicle named Caroline one of its Most Admired CEOs in 2022, and Atlanta magazine named her one of Atlanta's 500 most powerful leaders in 2023. Her favorite thing is spending time with her three children.

Meredith Pierce is Wilbert's Vice President overseeing digital strategy, content creation and social media campaigns for clients. Meredith joined the Wilbert team in 2015, and has worked over the past several years to increase and hone our digital capabilities and suite of services to offer clients top-of-the-line digital programs including paid social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships and more. With expertise in the real estate and hospitality industries, Meredith crafts and deploys targeted digital strategies to reach the right audience for every client.Meredith has a degree in public relations from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants, hunting for cheap flight deals and hiking with her rescue dog, Gemma.

Patricia enjoys using her strategic communications skills to tell her clients' stories and is passionate about building lasting relationships with both her clients and the people she works with. Prior to joining The Wilbert Group, Patricia interned with Poston Communications, a professional services public relations firm in Orlando, where she honed her media relations and creative thinking skills. She also spent two years interning with the UGA Archway Partnership, performing demographic research to develop marketing content and promotional tools for smaller communities around the state of Georgia.Patricia graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's in public relations and a master's in mass communication. While in school, she was a member of PRSSA and a student-led public relations firm, Creative Consultants, where she developed public relations campaigns for local clients. Patricia is originally from Savannah, Georgia and enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her friends and cheering on the Dawgs.

Sam Wilson

Sam Wilson is the lead videographer at The Wilbert Group. He is passionate about bringing client ideas to life with creative and engaging video. Prior to joining Wilbert, Sam worked as the communications intern at Novelis where he produced video and photo content for the Novelis Global Research and Technology Center in Kennesaw, GA. Sam is a graduate of Georgia College & State University where he studied Mass Communication and Digital Media Production. During his time at GCSU, he worked as a videographer and photographer for Georgia College Sports Information and as the production manager for WGUR 95.3 The Noise. In his free time, Sam enjoys traveling and photography.

Sarah Weston - SVP

As a senior vice president at The Wilbert Group, Sarah Funderburk Weston, APR serves professional services firms with strategic public relations counsel, primarily focusing on commercial real estate. She has managed PR for numerous complex projects, commercial real estate firms and professional services clients. Sarah earned her Accreditation in Public Relations in 2015, further elevating her ability to add value to clients through public relations planning and client success analysis. She has placed clients in publications ranging from the New York Times, AP, USA Today and The Wall Street Journal to targeted local outlets throughout the country. Her contributions have earned multiple awards from programs such as PRSA, Bulldog Awards and ICSC's MAXI Awards. In 2016, she was presented with PRSA Georgia's Rising Star award, which recognizes a PRSA Georgia member who has demonstrated leadership within the profession and the Chapter and has fewer than 7 years experience. In 2022, she was awarded PRSA Georgia's Shining Star award. She was previously director of public relations for SPR Atlanta, where she was also a partner in the firm. She joined The Wilbert Group when it acquired SPR. Sarah currently serves on the ULI Atlanta board and is co-chair for the 2023 awards program; is a co-chair for PRSA Georgia's awards program; and serves on the communications committee for NAIOP Georgia. She is a 2019 graduate of ULI Atlanta's Center for Leadership program and was selected for PRSA Georgia's inaugural 40 Under 40 class in the same year. She was previously selected for NAIOP's Future Leaders program and was elected by her colleagues to serve on the Future Leaders Executive Board the following year. Sarah earned her bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Auburn University. She enjoys yoga, playing tennis and visiting her friends and family across the country.
