Prior to joining Bullhorn, Adam spent 20 years honing his contact center operations acumen, most recently leading the global Workforce Management teams at Expedia Group, where he focused on cross-functional activities that drove operational excellence and efficiency. Adam has deep a passion for identifying opportunities and implementing programs that reduce effort and increase satisfaction for both clients and employees.

Andy Ingham

Andy is an experienced Sales Leader and Senior Leadership Team member. Anthony Garofalo

As VP, Financial Planning & Analysis, Anthony Garofalo is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the company's financial plan. Anthony Meo

As Vice President, Engineering at Bullhorn, Anthony oversees Global Professional Services and Customer Success and is responsible for deployment, adoption and value realization of industry leading Bullhorn software. Global Professional Services at Bullhorn partners with its customers to provide a variety of services including business and technical consulting, integration and customization, enterprise project management and adoption services. Prior to joining Bullhorn in 2018, Anthony was Vice President of Global Solution Architecture at Fuze, a global provider of enterprise communication software. Before that, Anthony has held a variety of technical leadership roles within the enterprise software space starting in software development, sales engineering, solution architecture and over time transitioning towards his true passion which is ensuring client success through technology solutions. Anthony holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University.

In 2014, Ernst & Young named Art an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award Winner in New England. Prior to starting Bullhorn, Art started his career as a software engineer at Thomson Reuters. Ben Levine

Brendan Robinson

Prior to Bullhorn, Brian was Corporate Controller at Pegasystems, a global provider of business process management software where he scaled the finance organization during a period of 2.5x revenue growth. Brian began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their technology audit practice. Brian is a CPA in Massachusetts, has a Master's of Science in Accounting from Boston College and a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Bryant University.

He has led several transformational initiatives including agile transformations, and moving teams to a cloud native development. Dan has a passion for creating high-quality products that have an impact on the customers. Dan is originally from Sweden but has lived and worked abroad the last 20 years. Gareth was previously the CTO of Lifes2good, in charge of Salesforce and Marketing systems, including the implementation and management of a global Salesforce org. Geoff Shaughnessy

Since joining Bullhorn in 2009, Geoff has held a variety of leadership positions managing teams in Technical Support, Customer Success, and Professional Services, where he's had the opportunity to be part of the groups delivering an incredible customer experience at all stages of the customer lifecycle. Greg Hetrick

Most recently, Greg has been focused on supporting digital transformation opportunities at some of the largest staffing companies by maximizing technology investments and delivering an incredible customer experience to clients and candidates alike. Though he currently lives in Austin, TX, Greg was born and raised in the Boston area where he grew up an avid sports fan and later received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the School of Management at Boston University.

Gretchen Keefner

He also ran all infrastructure and operations for an international medical device manufacturer helping people with epilepsy. Jack has a Bachelor of Arts from Western Colorado University.

Jake Kaya

Jonathan Bedard - CMO

Joshua Pines

Joshua Pines is VP of International Alliances at Bullhorn. Josh and his team manage Bullhorn's partner ecosystem outside the United States and its relationship with Salesforce. He brings nearly 25 years of experience in technology marketing and strategy including nearly a decade in staffing and recruitment technology. During his career, he has held leadership roles at Medidata, IBM, Deloitte Consulting, and Gerson Lehrman Group. Josh holds a BA from Brandeis University and an MBA from the University of Miami. In his spare time, he serves as president of the Brandeis Alumni Club of Great Britain and is a member of the Hertfordshire Cardinals baseball club. A Miami native, Josh lives in NW London with his wife and twin teenage daughters.

Before joining Bullhorn in 2017, Leah spent the majority of her career in marketing leadership, business development and strategy roles at CareerBuilder and ClearEdge Marketing. Melissa Rosen

In her current role as VP of Consulting Services, she runs the team of business and architecture experts that are focused on optimized solution design that balances staffing and system architecture best practice. Melissa brings over 25 years of recruiting and staffing expertise with a primary focus on building strong sales and recruiting teams. Prior to joining Bullhorn, Melissa was the National Recruiting Director for Bartech Technical Services, a technical staffing firm. There she managed the recruiting function for the 11 North American Offices. In addition to her role at Bartech, she was the Project Manager for their Bullhorn implementation. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from John Carroll University in Cleveland, OH and a Master of Business Administration in Leadership from Baker University in Auburn Hills, MI.

Michael English

Before Monitor, he built the brands of two startups, Sermo and Leveragepoint Innovations. Earlier in his career, he spent time at advertising agencies Mullen and Jack Morton on various brands, including IBM, Bank of America, and many more. Michael has a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Fine Arts from Tufts University and The School of the Museum of Fine Arts.

Mike Henrichs
