Alison has more than 20 years' experience in financial services, gained across a range of finance and business functions in blue-chip and start-up organisations.
Before joining Redwood, Alison was Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for two challenger banks and has also held numerous finance and treasury roles within Lloyds Banking Group and NatWest Group (previously Royal Bank of Scotland).
In her role as Director of Finance, Alison is responsible for optimising the Bank's financial performance and strategic position. She manages the day-to-day operations of the accounting function, and plays a key role in informing the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.

Ian has more than 35 years' experience in banking, from retail to commercial. He started his career with Lloyds Bank within the retail sector and climbed the ladder to become a Business Manager looking after a portfolio of local businesses in the south of England.
After 18 years he moved to NatWest where he took up the position of Business Relationship Manager for the south. He was responsible for creating good relationships to assist clients with their lending needs.
He spent five years assisting NatWest in establishing its broker proposition by building up a vast network of brokers in and around the south of England. During his time with NatWest, he was also responsible for dealing with different types of lending transactions and high volumes of lending to SMEs.
Ian is now excited to be part of the Redwood family where he has joined the Business Development Team to help build a strong presence for the Bank in the south.

With more than 30 years' experience working within the banking industry, Jane is a valuable member of the Redwood family. For the majority of her career, she worked for The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Group in the North-West of England.
She has also held positions within personal and commercial sectors, including Customer Adviser, Mortgage Adviser and Private Banking Manager. Prior to joining Redwood, she held a Business Relationship Manager role and a Branch Manager position.
