Alan Johnson

Alan is the BID Manager for Stakehill BID and has a strong background in Project Management from a career in the Army.

Brad Worley

Brad is the BID Manager for Cathedral Quarter Derby and St Peters Quarter Derby. Brad works with Eve and the Rangers to deliver projects in accordance with the BID plan. Brad has a vast background in hospitality and management.

Charlotte Fearn

Charlotte is one of our Data Analysts interfacing directly with our Development Clients with a specific remit for the production of our Sales and Footfall monitoring reports for a number of BID clients around the UK

Eve Taylor

Job Titles:
  • Project Executive
Eve is a Project Executive and works alongside Brad to deliver projects and initiatives in accordance with the Cathedral Quarter BID Business Plan. With a background in online marketing, Eve is also responsible for undertaking social media on behalf of the BID, increasing interaction and promoting the area.

Gemma Pindard

Gemma is one of our Data Analysts interfacing directly with our Development Clients, and our Project Executvie for St Peters Quarter Derby Gemma has a masters degree in Urban planning

George Marenghi

George has a masters in Criminology and a background in retail

Ian Ferguson

Job Titles:
  • Company 's Strategy and Development Director
Ian, the company's Strategy and Development Director, has commercial and business development background in retail and consumer goods manufacturing. He started his retail career with Marks and Spencer and has been specialising in BIDs since they were introduced in the UK. Ian oversees the development and strategic overview of BIDs that pfbb UK works with. Ian holds an MBA from Leicester University and was Module Leader in MSc Competitive Marketing Strategy in De Montfort University Business School. He is on the Advisory Council for ATCM, a Fellow of the Institute of Place Management, a member of the BID Foundation and an Expert on the Governments High Street Task Force.

Jackie Flower

Jackie is managing our Luton BID taking over while Julia is on maternity leave. Jackie has a background in organising and managing large scale events and coordinating large budget services with local authorities.

Julia Horsman

Julia is the BID Manager for Luton Town Centre and has a background in retail store management.

Kimberley Herbert

Kimberley is BID Project Executive for Northampton BID and works alongside Mark Mullen. Kimberley has previously worked as a BID Host for Northampton BID and has experience both in customer service and project delivery.

Mark Mullen

Mark has responsibilities for BID Operations of the Northampton Town Centre BID. Mark has a background in retail store management.

Melanie Ferguson-Allen

Job Titles:

Melanie, the company's Operations and Finance Director, has a commercial background and her past experience includes the management of events for the Royal Agricultural Society of England, a major grant strategy to develop and establish the Derby Cathedral Centre and the role of City Centre Management of Derby. Melanie, an expert in project management, marketing, sales , governance and BID finance, oversees the operational delivery and day to day projects of all the BIDs that pfbb UK work with.

Pooja works as Administrator/Bookkeeper supporting our company and our clients.

Rory Lewis

Job Titles:

Rory is a Project Support Administrator with specific remit for Bracknell BID.

Sean Griffin

Sean is the BID Project Manager for Bracknell BID. With a background in architecture in the US and the UK and a strong interest in local economic development, Sean is working on a number of projects to re-establish Bracknell's importance as an IT sector hub and support growth and investment in the area.
