Drawing on his over 20 years of telecom design experience, client management, and business development, Chad leads the AE team to make certain clients are receiving the highest level of service. Chad's diverse expertise includes structural, mechanical, electrical, network design, control systems, and engineering for zoning & planning as a professional witness. Previous accomplishments include being the Engineer of Record for the iDAS systems at Newark Liberty International Airport, JFK International Airport, Baltimore Washington International Airport, the Port Authority Bus Terminal, the Lincoln Tunnel, the Holland Tunnel and the design of over 10,000 cell sites in the greater New York City Metro area. Chad's hands on approach to design comes from his lifelong love of creating tangible objects, as an experienced carpenter, machinist, fabricator and welder. His understanding of construction and manufacturing processes has allowed him to design cost effective and time saving solutions for real-world problems.
He presently holds three patents, including the Far Field Telecom Radio Concealment Pole, Radio Concealment Foundation and New York City DOT approved Load Limiting Banner Bracket.

Kyle has 10+ years of engineering design experience and joined the telecommunications industry in 2013. He has managed a full array of telecommunications projects including oDAS, iDAS, new site builds, LTE upgrades and microwave point-to-point systems. Additionally, he has demonstrated success in zoning and permitting throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has completed projects throughout most major Port Authority of New York and New Jersey facilities.
In 2018, Kyle played in instrumental part in the formation of Ahead Engineering LLC and today serves as the Director of Operations. Managing each wireless project from start to finish, Kyle serves as a client partner, designing wireless infrastructures and building relationships with utility companies and municipalities to achieve client goals.

Robert has 12+ years of structural design and construction experience in various areas of engineering including transportation and telecommunications. For the first 10 years of his career, Rob designed and managed a multitude of multimillion-dollar engineering projects for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
Since contributing to the establishment of Ahead Engineering, Rob has taken the lead on all things structural. Serving as the Director of Engineering, Rob's primary focus includes the design and analysis of utility and metal streetlight and traffic poles, towers and wireless infrastructure, as well as developing custom structural designs to meet the ever-changing needs of the telecommunications market. Robert excels in managing exacting timelines to consistently meet and exceed client goals.

Ryan has spent his entire engineering career in telecommunications, where he immediately distinguished himself amongst his peers with his innovative approach to design and project management challenges. Through Ryan's project and process management expertise, he has allowed AE to exceed the speed and accuracy of the competition, completing thousands of small cell designs ahead of schedule.
As Director of Implementation, Ryan is continually developing methods to increase accuracy and efficiency across the full gamut of engineering services provided by Ahead Engineering. His knowledge and experience in the process of small cell build outs ensures that clients are getting the best available products in the industry.
