He has applied his 20-plus years of experience in product management to meaningfully contribute to BCMI's success. Adam has played a crucial role in enhancing BCMI's Material Pro and Material Now apps. From improving dispatch features to enhancing real-time data access for producers and customers, he has consistently driven initiatives that align with BCMI's commitment to our industry.

Craig Yeack is the co-founder and CEO of BCMI Corp., which was created to reinvent the construction materials business with modern mobile and cloud-based tools. Prior to creating BCMI, he held leadership positions with both construction materials producers and software providers for the ready-mix, aggregates and asphalt industry. Craig's singular accomplishment is bringing together the community of producers to collaboratively define, develop and deliver the next generation of technology for the industry.
Janeen O'Dell has more than 25 years of experience within the building materials industry, first at a producer and then within customer support for dispatch and truck signaling systems. In addition to leading the implementation and customer success teams at BCMI, Janeen has expertise in Integra and TrackIt software. She works directly with producers to successfully implement BCMI's technology, offering insights into data configuration as well as providing user education.
Joe Voss has more than 30 years of experience growing companies through effective financial leadership. He has excelled in a variety of industries in companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 leaders. Joe has a strong foundation starting with Big 4 public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is passionate about blending the structure and efficiency of corporate best practices with the agility and innovation of smaller ventures.

Mateusz Markowski joined BCMI as its first employee, with expertise in large-scale system architecture. He leads BCMI's team of software developers and engineers, while remaining hands-on in architecting and designing solutions. Throughout his tenure, Mateusz has established and maintained a commitment to excellence in engineering processes and coding standards. He fosters a culture of quality, accountability and technical innovation.

Shelby Mitchell has more than 25 years of industry experience, including marketing and communications with RMC Industries and Cemex. She was an editor for The Concrete Producer and Concrete Construction magazines, and provided editorial coverage for World of Concrete for more than a decade. Shelby is an active member of NRMCA and several state industry associations. Her responsibilities include expanding BCMI's strong network of like-minded technology providers, in support of concrete and bulk materials producers.
Susan Dalton has executive experience as a general manager as well as deep expertise in technology-based solution development. She is responsible for developing and executing strategies to position BCMI for growth while ensuring the company's standard for a superlative customer experience. Most recently, Susan worked as an executive coach focused on developing leadership styles that support collaboration, productivity and growth for both employees and companies. From 2012 through 2021, she served as vice president of smart technology and IoT at GCP Applied Technologies. The group's flagship product, Verifi, was the industry category creator of in-transit concrete management.
Zachary Lovett has more than a decade of experience in sales of cement, aggregates and concrete for major producers, including Holcim, Aggregate Industries and Lafarge. Most recently, he worked for Holcim managing mega projects, such as data center construction and environmental remediation, coordinating with owners like Amazon, Meta and Google. Zach is also a former board member of the Maryland American Concrete Institute Board of Directors and a member of the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association Sustainability Committee.
