Jason Krumwiede - EVP

Jason Krumwiede serves as Executive Vice President of Broadleaf. Jason joined Broadleaf in September of 2019-part of the TalentRise acquisition-as the Senior Vice President of Client Delivery. With 20+ years of recruiting and outsourcing industry expertise, Jason has been instrumental in the further development of Broadleaf's RPO practice. As Executive Vice President, Jason focuses on business growth, solutions design and innovation, and service excellence. He is responsible for introducing new workforce solutions to current and prospective clients and engaging strategic channel partners to expand Broadleaf's total talent strategies. Prior to Broadleaf, Jason was a partner and RPO practice leader with TalentRise and has worked for various HR professional services and recruiting organizations. Jason currently serves on the Board of Directors for Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA). Jason earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Joseph O'Shea

Joe O'Shea is the Vice President of Client Delivery for Broadleaf Results. A seasoned professional with 20+ years of industry and management expertise, Joe possesses wide-ranging program and operational experience. With a focus on quality and excellence, he oversees U.S. and India operations and leads our Recruitment Development Program, training and developing talent to support our RPO and MSP program needs. In his past role as the Senior Director of Organizational and Supplier Development at Broadleaf Joe was responsible for supplier strategy and driving standardization and effectiveness across the organization. Joe attended Niagara University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in HR Management and received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

A fierce advocate for advancing women in business, Lynne has served on the Board of Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) where she has been honored as a Business Star and Woman of Distinction, and Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) and Women's Business Enterprise Council of New York (WBEC-NY.) She is a member of the Committee of 200 (C200)-an invitation-only international women's business organization and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York appointed Lynne to its Regional Advisory Board. Prior to joining Broadleaf, Lynne served as General Counsel for Aleron (formerly Superior Group), as an Assistant District Attorney for Erie County and was in private practice, specializing in corporate and employment law. Suzie is an expert on recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) while also helping to oversee Broadleaf's MSP service delivery. A passionate, dedicated, and caring leader, she has become a trusted advisor who consistently goes above and beyond to tend to the needs of clients. In her past role as the Senior Director of Client Delivery at Broadleaf's partner organization, TalentRise, Suzie was instrumental in building the company's RPO offerings. She helped to establish TalentRise as an industry disrupto r that captured the attention of industry leaders and led to its acquisition by Aleron Group. Suzie's previous professional experience featured roles at two multi-national RPO providers.
