David Munsky - CEO

David Munsky has cultivated an expertise in solar over the past decade and has developed and financed over 200 MW of projects throughout North America. His previous roles include Chief Financial Officer for Conergy, one of the largest utility-scale solar companies in the world, and VP of Development for Nautilus Solar, a large North American solar developer and subsidiary of the Starwood Energy Group. Munsky started his career at Lockheed Martin, where he was an analog RF circuit design engineer for radar systems. Munsky holds a MBA from Columbia Business School, a MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University. He also holds two United States patents.

David Velasco - CEO

David Velasco brings another decade of solar operations and management experience to the team having overseen over 200MWs of commercial and utility scale projects across North America and Europe. Prior to Conductive Capital, David served as Global Head of Asset Management for Conergy and was VP of Construction & Operations for Nautilus Solar Energy. David began his career as an engineer in the leadership development program at Lockheed Martin where he worked as a systems engineer for international radar defense programs. David has a MS in Systems Engineering from Cornell University, a ME in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, and holds three United States patents in solar technologies, which he developed while at Lockheed Martin.

Mike Cocchimiglio - CEO

Mike Cocchimiglio brings over a decade and 300MW of experience in solar development and finance to the Conductive Capital Team. In his former position as VP of Project Development for Conergy, Mike led the development of over 80 MWs of utility-scale U.S. solar projects. Prior, Mike worked for ConEd Solutions, where he led the project finance and operations teams in the solar IPP sector. He also held senior leadership positions at Enfinity, Vanguard Energy Partners LLP, and Nautilus Solar. Mike holds a MBA from Penn State University School of Business and a BA from Albright College.
