Daniel Pesachowitz is a managing attorney located the firm's Rockville office where his practice focuses on representation of lenders and creditors in federal and state courts. Emmanuel represents national mortgage servicers and lenders in matters related to consumer finance, title insurance, real estate and mortgage banking law. He is also an experienced litigator in the areas of foreclosure, evictions and creditor defense, and he has handled complex commercial litigation involving residential and commercial foreclosures since 1997. He is a frequent speaker at national seminars for the mortgage banking industry and he conducts training seminars onsite at client offices nationwide. Emmanuel is the past chair of the litigation department and has served as the firm-wide Managing Attorney of SIWPC since 2008. He received his J.D. from T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond. He received his B.A. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University. He is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and in the state of West Virginia. Jeffrey D. Weisserman is a Managing Partner and General Counsel at Trott Law, PC.
