Derbyshire Riders branch of RoSPA Advanced Drivers and Riders is a friendly local advanced motorcycle group. Our aim is to provide high quality advanced motorcycle training to existing motorcyclists in Derbyshire and surrounding counties. While our main focus is motorcycle road safety, we maintain a friendly club atmosphere and aim to have fun riding our motorcycles as well. We find a well trained rider is generally quicker on the road and safer than an untrained or self-taught rider. In support of this vision the group aims to provide an active social network, featuring club meeting, guest speakers, functions and group social ride outs and riding, all aimed to develop skill and confidence... Our team of experienced RoSPA Approved Tutors give their time on a voluntary basis, which makes joining us as affordable as possible. Although we operate on a voluntary basis, this doesn't mean compromising on quality; our Tutor programme of testing, support and monitoring is thorough and ensures..
