Daniel Lyn Graves

Daniel Lyn Graves II is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and Nashville School of Law. Additionally, he is a graduate of United States Coast Guard Officer Candidate School and is a review member of the Tennessee Army National Guard. In 2005 and 2006, Graves led his unit, attached to the 101st Airborne Division, to Iraq. He is a career service member in the Armed Forces of the United States. Except for time in the military, he has always called Middle Tennessee home. Graves' law practice focuses on the areas of Veteran's Affairs law (VA accredited attorney), social security disability law, probate and bankruptcy. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee, the United States District Court Middle District of Tennessee, the United States District Court Eastern District of Tennessee and the United States Court of Appeals for Veteran's Claims. He has done appellate work before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals and the Court of Appeals for Veteran's Claims. He is married and he and his wife have three boys. Graves has coached youth sports and has also been active in the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. Graves has been on the Board of Directors for Right Road Ministries for Linebaugh Library system and for the Murfreesboro Barrister's Lions Club. Frank Morriss Fly

Frank Morriss Fly died April 28, 2020, after a long illness. Frank practiced law in Murfreesboro for 47 years and was the founding partner of Evans Bulloch Parker PLLC. Frank was born December 30, 1945, in Columbia, Tennessee. He was a graduate of Columbia Central High School, Middle Tennessee State University and the University of Tennessee College of Law. Frank grew up on his family farm on the Duck River in Maury County, Tennessee. Frank was an accomplished tennis player. He also spent many hours hiking, biking and kayaking. He traveled extensively in Mexico, Central America and South America. Frank loved his historic home, Farmington, and enjoyed giving tours of the house to visitors. Frank devoted many hours of his law career to environmental causes, including the successful fight to save the Duck River, the most biologically diverse river in North America, from being dammed. He was named Conservationist of the Year in the United States in 1986. He was a fierce advocate for his clients and a mentor to many young lawyers. He is greatly missed. Heather G. Parker joined Evans Bulloch Parker PLLC in February of 2012 as an junior partner. Prior to joining the firm, she was a law clerk to the Honourable Robert E. Corlew, III, Chancellor for the 16th Judicial District. Mrs. Parker was born and raised in Middle Tennessee. She received her bachelor degree, summa cum laude, from Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee. She also received her Juris Doctorate, with high honors, from the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she was a member of the Tennessee Law Review and served as an Executive Editor. Mr. Evans is a senior partner of Evans Bulloch Parker PLLC, which, since its establishment in 1975, has been, and continues to be, regarded as one of the premier litigation firms in the region. Mr. Evans is a graduate of the University of Memphis School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee and admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Tennessee as well as the Tennessee Supreme Court. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Evans devotes a considerable amount of his practice toward representing those who have been charged with crimes by either the State of Tennessee or the United States government. Prior to entering private practice Mr. Evans served as an Assistant District Attorney General for the Thirtieth Judicial District at Memphis, Shelby County Tennessee. During his practice he has handled thousands of criminal cases at various stages before both the state and federal courts throughout Tennessee. He has tried numerous jury trials for charges ranging from DUI to First Degree Murder. He has experience in putting forward expert proof, such as psychological proof regarding diminished capacity, as well as attacking expert proof that is typically put forward by the prosecution. Mr. Evans has handled multiple murder cases. Based on his experience and training, he is designated by the Tennessee Administrative Office of the Courts as qualified to handle First-degree Murder cases wherein the state is seeking the death penalty. He has also argued numerous criminal matters before the Tennessee appellate courts, as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
