Brett arrived at DTSpade by way of a passion for real estate, while helping organizations and communities grow. His father was a Captain in the U.S. NAVY, which enabled his family to travel the globe and gave him understanding of culture and respect for all human beings. He has a deep-rooted understanding of the importance of hard work, coupled with balance and loving God. During his undergraduate years at Hampden Sydney College in Virginia, he learned the importance of truth, honor and personal integrity. As a fraternity man and an Executive Council member of the Student Government, there was no shortage of having fun and enjoying the great outdoors. He graduated with a degree in Business and Economics, minoring in Trans-Atlantic History. My passion for helping others, coupled with my love of making this world a better place has landed me with DTSpade, fulfilling my aspirations of working with land and commercial real estate.

Brian arrived at DTSpade by way of southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Taking the time to understand each client's core business and how it relates to their real estate needs is the hallmark of his process. Brian's strong market knowledge facilitates the location of choice off-market or overlooked opportunities for tenants seeking space and his vast tenant representation experience allows Landlords to take the field armed with a true perspective of market demand and competitive position. Brian specializes in lease and sale analyses and complex negotiations from both sides of the table.
In his 10 years in the commercial real estate industry, Brian has represented tenants in both the office and industrial sectors throughout Southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has generated transactions of over $200 million and over 2 million square feet. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Brian played professional baseball for 5 years after being drafted out of the University of Virginia. He spent time with the Toronto Blue Jays, Montreal Expos, and the Camden Riversharks before retiring in 2003.

Diana Campbell, Senior Partner and Associate Broker, is licensed in Georgia and Pennsylvania. Over seven years, clients have spanned from iconic Starbucks in Philadelphia to owner-users of warehouse space in Atlanta. While Ms. Campbell's body of work has been broad, it is coalescing in two areas. She is largely focused on office/industrial assets in South Metro Atlanta and has a robust body of work with public institutions. She represents county school boards in Georgia. She has also represented a municipality, a public health care system, and developers who build offices for state institutions.
Prior to real estate in Atlanta, Ms. Campbell was a non-profit executive in the Philadelphia area. With a Master's degree in mathematics, Ms. Campbell worked for 16 years in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics [STEM] education sector, fostering STEM career and learning opportunities for high school students, career-shifting professionals, and mathematics doctoral candidates. At DTSpade, Ms. Campbell marries rich leadership experience, relationship building and institutional collaboration with DTSpade's capacity for highly specialized market analysis and brokerage expertise.
Ms. Campbell is a CCIM designee and member of the national institute. Locally she serves as a board member in the GA CCIM chapter and chair of its university outreach and scholarship committee. She is also a leader within the Atlanta Black Chambers, serving as Chair of the Transportation and Logistics Committee.
Ms. Campbell holds a B.S. and M.S. in mathematics from Spelman College and Rutgers University respectively. She produced two podcasts. Insider Insights featured 146 business community leaders in Tri-Cities of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport Aerotropolis. Thirteen episodes of Careers in Transportation paid respect to industrial sector within which she does business. Ms. Campbell is an avid Platform Tennis (Paddle not Pickle) player. She is a still-in-love wife to Dr. Garikai Campbell and an over-the-moon proud mother of three sons: William, Robert and George.

John, with over 45 years of experience in the Dental Industry, joined DT Spade to embark on the next chapter of his career. Throughout his extensive tenure, he has been instrumental in assisting dentists in choosing the right location, designing new offices, redesigning existing offices, coordinating with builders to ensure the realization of the dentist's vision, and selecting appropriate equipment to meet their needs.
John's role at DTSpade is to help Dentist with Real Estate related issues. New Leases, finding the right location thru proprietary analytics, the purchase of a building when the Dentist is tired of leasing a space, etc. John has Project Management experience thru 45 plus years of working with Contractors. His job is to Consult Dr's on office design and to simplify the complexity of building a Dental office, John understands how valuable Dentist time is and works hard every day to maximize every minute.

Latoya Gainey, Sr. Brokerage Partner, brings a combined 20 years of experience from the federal government and commercial real estate industries. Latoya is a former government and corporate real estate leader who knows and understands what it means to serve. She has fostered and deepened long-term client relationships as she's worked with governments and public institutions, financial institutions and pre-equity clients to solve their organizations most pressing challenges and opportunities.
As a person who embodies servant leadership, she prides herself on being a valued and trusted advisor for her clients. Latoya maintains that her specialized skills and experience further deepens her understanding of her clients needs. She is a strategic thinker, strong negotiator, collaborator and results driven professional which allows her to continue to be an innovator in the industry.

Monica is experienced in working with investment properties and investors. She has focused her attention on working with people of urban communities and neighborhoods that are experiencing transitional growth.
Before arriving at DTSpade, Monica was a Realtor with a commercial division of residential firms focusing on small businesses in need of office, retail, and/ or industrial properties for expansion. In addition, Monica supplies market research for economic development entities and for municipalities seeking CID's (Community Improvement Districts).
She holds a BA in Political Science and Public Relations from the University of South Carolina, and studied at the New School, Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy.
Nichole arrived at DTSpade by way of Atlanta's Historic Westside. She is an active member of the Westside Business Association, a coalition of business owners with a vested interest in developing the community. Since 2017, Nichole has assembled over 500 acres …and counting… of commercial and residential land near the developing Bellwood Quarry Park. Through hard work and collaboration with builders and developers, she has helped create affordable housing for generations to come and has restored hope for a neighborhood that was overrun with blight. Nichole's continued dedication to one of Atlanta's up-and-coming neighborhoods has allowed her to earn the trust of the community. She not only has a deep connection with the residents of the Westside, but also a vast network of potential buyers and
Samuel believes there is strength in our service and we should all serve. At DTSpade, Samuel will focus on continuing to help healthcare systems both large and small to meet the challenges of an ever changing healthcare landscape.
When Samuel is not thoroughly engaged in real estate endeavors, he is traveling with his wife, spending time with his three grand-children, or cooking everything from white bean chili to seafood gumbo.

Tracy started her long career in clinical dentistry in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Tracy's dental experience spans roles as a dental assistant, dental hygienist (make sure to floss), dental sales, and training and education. When she started her commercial real estate career, the logical thing to do was to specialize in helping dentists find the ideal space in which to practice. After meeting with DTSpade, she was excited to work with a company that combines her two passions: commercial real estate and working with dentists.
Tracy graduated with an Associates in Applied Science/Dental Hygiene from Westmoreland Community College, and a BS in Natural Science from the University of Pittsburgh. She loves spending time with her husband, two rescue dogs, family, and friends. Tracy enjoys watching sports (especially all things Pittsburgh), visiting new breweries, hiking, traveling, cooking, or catching a concert.
To Troy, Homecoming is a tranquil place, with my wife by my side, where we can focus on our Creator and each other over a great meal, and take our minds off the cares of the world.
Troy arrived at DTSpade by way of his involvement as an alumnus and scholarship recipient of the Georgia CCIM Chapter - Mentorship Program. Prior to coming aboard, Troy has been a solo practitioner of real estate law at REFUGE Law and a commercial & residential real estate broker for 13 years and 11 years, respectively. Prior to law practice, he worked at ExxonMobil Corporation for 12 years, initially deploying global IT projects and later supporting its legal department.
Troy believes in hard work and dedication, while being a servant leader. He also believes that faith, coupled with hard work, along with earnest investment in others, will return blessings a hundred-fold to those that diligently exercise their faith. At DTSpade, Troy's great work is bringing a legal perspective to client experiences, along with multi-state brokerage and State Bar licenses in both Georgia and Texas. Most importantly, working with a great team of brokers to ensure that tools & resources are leveraged to provide exceptional service to each and every client on a daily basis, while keeping customer service and community service top of mind.
When Troy comes down from his great work with us, he's spending quality time with his best friend (his wife) and he enjoys reading, great food, live music, traveling and exercising.
