His father was a Captain in the U.S. NAVY, which enabled his family to travel the globe and gave him understanding of culture and respect for all human beings. During his undergraduate years at Hampden Sydney College in Virginia, he learned the importance of truth, honor and personal integrity. Brian arrived at DTSpade by way of southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Taking the time to understand each client's core business and how it relates to their real estate needs is the hallmark of his process. Brian's strong market knowledge facilitates the location of choice off-market or overlooked opportunities for tenants seeking space and his vast tenant representation experience allows Landlords to take the field armed with a true perspective of market demand and competitive position. Brian specializes in lease and sale analyses and complex negotiations from both sides of the table. In his 10 years in the commercial real estate industry, Brian has represented tenants in both the office and industrial sectors throughout Southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has generated transactions of over $200 million and over 2 million square feet. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Brian played professional baseball for 5 years after being drafted out of the University of Virginia. He spent time with the Toronto Blue Jays, Montreal Expos, and the Camden Riversharks before retiring in 2003.

Diana Campbell, Senior Partner and Associate Broker, is licensed in Georgia and Pennsylvania. Over seven years, clients have spanned from iconic Starbucks in Philadelphia to owner-users of warehouse space in Atlanta. While Ms. Campbell's body of work has been broad, it is coalescing in two areas. She is largely focused on office/industrial assets in South Metro Atlanta and has a robust body of work with public institutions. She represents county school boards in Georgia. She has also represented a municipality, a public health care system, and developers who build offices for state institutions. Prior to real estate in Atlanta, Ms. Campbell was a non-profit executive in the Philadelphia area. With a Master's degree in mathematics, Ms. Campbell worked for 16 years in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics [STEM] education sector, fostering STEM career and learning opportunities for high school students, career-shifting professionals, and mathematics doctoral candidates. At DTSpade, Ms. Campbell marries rich leadership experience, relationship building and institutional collaboration with DTSpade's capacity for highly specialized market analysis and brokerage expertise. Ms. Campbell is a CCIM designee and member of the national institute. Locally she serves as a board member in the GA CCIM chapter and chair of its university outreach and scholarship committee. She is also a leader within the Atlanta Black Chambers, serving as Chair of the Transportation and Logistics Committee. Ms. Campbell holds a B.S. and M.S. in mathematics from Spelman College and Rutgers University respectively. She produced two podcasts. Tracy started her long career in clinical dentistry in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Tracy's dental experience spans roles as a dental assistant, dental hygienist (make sure to floss), dental sales, and training and education. When she started her commercial real estate career, the logical thing to do was to specialize in helping dentists find the ideal space in which to practice. After meeting with DTSpade, she was excited to work with a company that combines her two passions: commercial real estate and working with dentists. Tracy graduated with an Associates in Applied Science/Dental Hygiene from Westmoreland Community College, and a BS in Natural Science from the University of Pittsburgh. She loves spending time with her husband, two rescue dogs, family, and friends. Prior to coming aboard, Troy has been a solo practitioner of real estate law at REFUGE Law and a commercial & residential real estate broker for 13 years and 11 years, respectively. Prior to law practice, he worked at ExxonMobil Corporation for 12 years, initially deploying global IT projects and later supporting its legal department. Troy believes in hard work and dedication, while being a servant leader. He also believes that faith, coupled with hard work, along with earnest investment in others, will return blessings a hundred-fold to those that diligently exercise their faith.
