Ed O'Neill Jr. is the founder of EON Wealth Management. Since its inception Ed has partnered with his clients to clearly define their financial needs, to define, pursue and secure financial success. With over a decade of experience, Ed has been consistently welcomed into the Leaders Council. This accreditation comes with extensive training in investment, retirement, and estate planning.

Ed graduated SUNY Oswego with an accounting degree in 1996. He is an active volunteer in the Locust Valley Rotary Club, along with serving as Treasurer of the Locust Valley Library board. He lives in Locust Valley, NY with his wife Patricia, their 2 daughters, Kate and Emma, and their dog Harley. On the weekends, he can be found at one of the girl's many sporting events or watching his favorite team, the New York Jets. If you just so happen to be at a local comedy club, you might be lucky enough to be entertained by Ed at an open mic night!

Lauren Giardino is a registered Client Service assistant and has been with the firm since it's inception, for over a decade. She manages the office staff to create constant correspondences, proper statement delivery, generation of applications and follow up with investment/insurance companies.
