Genosys is dedicated to the research and development of visualization and automated analysis of high-throughput sequencing data. We develop Mendel Analytics, the world's first local sever based visualization and automated computational analysis software system for NGS, PacBio and ONT high-throughput sequencing data. The software is equipped with more than 200 popular open-source tools, databases and common workflows templates such as variant calling, RNA-Seq, LncRNA, small RNA, ChIP-Seq, 16S/18S amplicon and metagenome assembly, which facilitate the comprehensive analysis of human, plant & animal and microbial genome... Genosys' customers include some of the top universities, research institutions and hospitals around the world, such as the National University of Singapore, Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory, National University Hospital, Nanyang Technological University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Zhejiang University.
