Asier Zarraonandia Ayo

Asier Zarraonandia is the CEO of Befesa Zinc S.A.U. a world leader in electric arc furnace dust recycling since 2006. He was formerly was a senior manager, auditor and consultant, with Arthur Andersen specializing in merger and acquisitions in the industrial sector. In 2001 Mr Zarraonandia joined the Befesa - Abengoa Group as CFO of Befesa Aluminium and later was Financial Controller of Abengoa Group. Mr. Zarraonandia graduated in 1990 with a degree in Economics from Basque Country University.

Bob Tait

Bob Tait has over 30 years of Investor Relations experience in mining, retail, petroleum, financial services and forest products. His relationship with the investment community extends throughout North America, Europe, Australia, Asia and South Africa. His experience encompasses multiple public companies including three mining companies. He worked at Eldorado Gold while they were developing mines in Turkey, at First Uranium with gold and uranium mining operations in South Africa and at IAMGOLD whose largest producing mine is in Burkina Faso, near the Niger border. Mr. Tait has working knowledge of the security regulations and disclosure practices on the TSX, NYSE and JSE. He formerly led the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) and has also been a Director of the US-based National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). He was a member of the Continuous Disclosure Committee of the Ontario Securities Commission 2002-2018.

Dean Chambers

Dean Chambers is a professional engineer and financial executive with extensive operational, financial, M&A, capital project, and project finance experience. His career as a senior executive in the mining and chemical industries includes progressive positions with The Dow Chemical Company, Falconbridge Limited, Dynatec Corporation and Sherritt International. At the time of his retirement from Sherritt in 2017, Mr. Chambers held the position of Executive Vice President and CFO. He currently serves as an independent director on the Boards of Clean Air Metals and Mountain Province Diamonds. Previously, he served as an independent director and chair of the audit committee on the Board of North American Palladium. Mr. Chambers holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Emre joined Global Atomic in 2021 as Corporate Controller and was promoted to Vice President, Finance in 2024. Prior to joining Global Atomic Corporation, Emre working for at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Canada from 2019 to 2021, and previously Türkiye and The Netherlands, holding several senior roles working with numerous public and private companies in various industries, including large Canadian mining companies. Emre holds Master of Financial analysis and Master of Professional Accounting from La Trobe University and Bachelor of Economics from Baskent University. He received his CPA designation from the Union of Chambers of Certified Public Accountants of Türkiye in 2018 and holds an Independent Auditors' certificate from the Public Oversight, Accounting, and Auditing Standards Authority of Türkiye.

Fergus P. Kerr

Fergus P. Kerr Mr. Kerr is a graduate in Mining Engineering from the Royal School of Mines, London, UK and a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario with over 40 years experience in the mining industry. Mr. Kerr served as Employer Co-Chair of the Mining Health, Safety and Prevention Review, Ontario, and as a mine health and safety consultant has advised on projects in Indonesia, Mongolia, Australia, South Africa and North America. He currently serves as Global Atomic's Chair of the Health, Safety and Environment Committee. Fergus Kerr is Mining Consultant for Global Atomic Corporation and a former Director for Harte Gold Corp. Fergus has over 40 years experience in the mining industry mostly senior management in Canadian underground mines. He was General Manager at Denison Mines, Elliot Lake and subsequently Area Manager of Mines for INCO Ltd. In Sudbury, Ontario. He was then appointed Director, Mining Sector with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, Toronto, Ontario. Fergus has also served as Employer Co-Chair of the Mining Health, Safety and Prevention Review, and has consulted in Indonesia, Mongolia, Australia, South Africa and North America. A graduate in Mining Engineering from the Royal School of Mines, he holds a B.Sc. (Mining) and ARSM and is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.

Mr. Ibrahim ALISSO

Ibrahim ALISSO is the Administrator of Global Uranium Niger. Educated as a Geological Engineer and in related studies in Niger, Senegal and France, Mr. ALISSO joined Global Uranium Corporation in 2007 as Exploration Manager and has been engaged with Global Atomic Corporation since 2013. Prior to Global Atomic, Mr. ALISSO had extensive work experience in Niger's private sector, including Chief Geologist at Golden Star Resources, St. Jude Resources and Proma-Minerals and Senior Geologist for Barrick Gold Exploration's ‘Tialkam' Gold Research Project. In Niger's public sector he held several key positions at the Ministry of Mines and Energy, including Project Director, Director of Geological and Mining Research and Inspector of Services. During his career, Mr. Ibrahim ALISSO has visited many mines, laboratories and consulting firms around West Africa, in France, Belgium, Germany, Morocco and Zimbabwe. Mr. Ibrahim ALISSO is member of several associations and non-governmental organizations.

Peter Wollenberg

Peter Wollenberg is Director of Exploration and Resource Development at Global Atomic Corporation. Peter has over 38 years of experience in the uranium exploration and mining business. He has worked in Europe, Canada, Africa and Australia, including work as an exploration geologist and VP Exploration for Urangesellschaft, and joined Cogema/Areva where he worked as senior mine geologist at the Cluff Lake uranium mine and as exploration manager both in Australia and Niger. He was responsible for the quality management system at Areva Resources Canada Inc. and was the Director Exploration North America. He is a graduate of the Technical University of Munich and holds a BSc, MSc and PhD degree in Geology and Geoscience.

Rein A. Lehari - CFO

Mr. Lehari was previously the CFO for Harte Gold Corp. and trained as an accountant (CPA qualified) and was previously a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Rein became President of Reindalyne Enterprises Inc, in 2002, which provides financial consulting services. He graduated in Commerce from the University of Toronto.

Richard Faucher

Santiago Faucher - CTO

Santiago graduated in 1996 with a degree in chemical engineering and began designing and starting-up metallurgical plants for clients of Hatch Ltd. Upon graduation, he worked as a researcher for Xerox and as a professor at McMaster University. At Xerox, Santiago lead teams to develop new materials and processes and was Manager of the Composite Materials Process Engineering Area. In 2012, Santiago left Xerox to lead Technology Development for Hatch Ltd. where he developed technologies and established the company's innovation ecosystem. In 2017, Santiago founded Insight R&D Inc. to develop processes and products derived from what would otherwise become industrial waste. His Insight clients include Ecomaister (Korea as CTO), Anglo American (South Africa), Freeport McMoran, Vale, Nexa Resources, Global Atomic (as CTO) and many more prominent companies. In 2018, Santiago founded Ecomaterials Inc. to commercialize waste-to-wealth products. Ecomaterials now counts clients in the middle east, the Americas, and Europe who purchase its abrasive products derived from underutilized resources. Santiago volunteers in the Canadian and American Chemical Engineering Societies, and has been President of the Canadian Society. Santiago is an author of 17 articles and book chapters, and is inventor of over 60 U.S. patents and patent applications, which are owned by Ecomaister, Hatch, Xerox, Ecomaterials, and Samsung.

Stephen G. Roman is the founder, Chairman, President and CEO of Global Atomic Corporation, and was previously the President & CEO of TSX listed Harte Gold Corp. Mr. Roman has successfully identified, financed, developed, and brought into commercial production many mining and oil and gas projects in the past 40 years and notably he was the founder, Co-Chairman and Director of Gold Eagle Mines Ltd., that was acquired by Goldcorp Inc. for $1.5 Billion in 2008. Previously he was a Policy Advisor to the Minister of National Defence, Canada, spearheaded the privatization of two major petrochemical companies in Central Europe, was Director and VP Exploration of Denison Mines Limited and was instrumental in the initial creation and leadership of Gabriel Resources, Belo Sun Mining, Exall Energy, Silvermet and Polar Star Mining among others. Mr. Roman received the "Bill Dennis Award" for Canadian Mineral Discovery from the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) in March, 2016.

Timothy Campbell

Timothy Campbell has over twenty-five years of experience in the mining sector involved with numerous companies from early stage to production, and the transition from private company to exchange-listed issuer status. Tim's expertise is in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, government relations and permitting, local community and aboriginal consulting. He has held the positions of Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Global Atomic Corporation since June 2010. Tim holds a BA (Hons) in History and Economics from the University of Toronto.

Trace Arlaud

Trace Arlaud, M.Eng, SME Qualified Person for Mining & Geotechnical Engineering, is an expert in mining, geology, geotechnical engineering, mining engineering and project management with 30 years of industry experience. She has reported and presented her work to corporate and private Boards in Australia, Russia, Canada, Europe, Kazakhstan, China, Africa and the United States. Currently CEO of underground mining specialist, IMB Inc., she previously held lead engineering roles with several engineering and project implementation consultants including JDS Energy and Mining Inc., Hatch Associates Inc. and McIntosh Engineering (Stantec). Prior to that she was Chief Engineer at PT Freeport in Indonesia, and held engineering roles at WMC Resources Ltd. and Normandy Ltd. both of Australia. Educated in Victoria, Australia, Ms. Arlaud has a Masters of Mining Engineering from the University of Ballarat and an Honours BSc from La Trobe University.
