Adam Feinstein

Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Vesey Street Capital Partners, L.L.C., a healthcare services private equity fund formed in 2014 and has been a Managing Partner since that time. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Feinstein served as the SVP of Corporate Development, Strategic Planning and Office of the CEO at Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (NYSE: LH), and as a Managing Director in Equity Research at Barclays Capital (NYSE: BCS) from 2008 to 2012. He is currently on the board of directors of Surgery Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGRY), ScribeAmerica, Pathgroup, and Elite Body Sculpture. He is former board member of Imedex. Mr. Feinstein is a CFA charterholder and has a B.S. in Business from the Smith School at the University of Maryland at College Park. He also completed the Nashville Healthcare Council Fellows program. Mr. Feinstein has significant experience with companies that provide services to hospitals, physicians, payors and post-acute care.

Chad W. Harrod - CEO

Chad is the CEO of Harrod Properties, Inc. and its affiliated companies. He has been in this role since 2002, focusing on the active management and oversight of the growth strategy of the organization. He is responsible for corporate advancement, strategic planning, and client relations. Prior to joining the company, Chad worked in the investment banking division at JP Morgan in both Atlanta and New York City. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Economics and Finance. Chad serves on the Boards of Dex Imaging, Inc., the Pediatric Cancer Foundation, Academy Prep Center of Tampa, St. Mary's Episcopal Day School, the Vinny Lecavalier Foundation, the Florida Chapter of The Young Presidents Organization, and the Florida Council of 100. Dan Doyle Jr.

Dan Doyle Jr. is President and CEO of DEX Imaging, a document imaging technology company headquartered in Tampa, Florida. In a 15-year span, Doyle grew DEX Imaging from a start-up, with 15 employees at a single branch location, to over 1,000 employees spread across 35 branches throughout the Southeastern United States. In 2019 the company was sold to Staples, Inc. with Doyle continuing to serve as acting CEO. In 2013, he was voted Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Technology category, due to his groundbreaking initiatives in managed print software at DEX Imaging. Prior to joining DEX, Doyle was the founder and managing partner of a real estate development company based in St. Petersburg, Florida where he was responsible for developing, building, and managing some of the most distinguished landmark properties in the Tampa Bay Area. Doyle and his wife Nicole have three children and happily reside in the Tampa Bay Area.

Drew Kincaid

Drew works on project execution, asset management, and brokerage services. Prior to joining Harrod, Drew worked as an asset manager for a large lender responsible for an $850mm portfolio of commercial properties, and before that as an analyst for a real estate data analytics company. Drew graduated Cum Laude from The University Of Tennessee with a B.S. in Business Administration.

Fraser Schaufele

Fraser joined HHRE in 2022 and is responsible for sourcing new opportunities along with project management. He has been involved with healthcare real estate development for over 10 years. Prior to healthcare, he developed and leased a variety of retail and mixed use projects across 32 states. Fraser graduated from Randolph Macon College with a degree in business and economics where he also played on the soccer and tennis teams. Fraser is a member of the Nashville Healthcare Council, ULI, Tennessee Land Trust, and the Southern Environmental Law Center Advisory Board. He enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, and spending time with his family of five.

Fred S. Ridley

Ridley is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP, former national chair of Foley's Real Estate Practice, a member of the Hospitality & Leisure (former co-chair) and Sports Industry Teams, a member of the Transactions Practice, and a former member of the firm's Management Committee. Mr. Ridley is currently the chairman of Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters Tournament, and a past president of the United States Golf Association (2004-05). Gary W. Harrod - Chairman

Gary is the Chairman and Founder of Harrod Properties, Inc., which owns and controls affiliated companies Harrod Healthcare Real Estate, Harrod Services, and HP Realty Associates. He founded the company in 1990. Prior to that time, he was the Florida Managing Area Partner of Trammell Crow Company from 1978 - 1990. Gary graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Finance. Gary serves on the Board of Directors of the Bank of Tampa and the Board of Trustees for The University of Tampa where he will be Chairman elect in 2020. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority and Chairman Elect of the Advisory Board for the Rawls School of Business at Texas Tech University. Gary enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and eight grandchildren as well as golf, travel, and being actively involved in local civic and industry organizations.

Graham Mavar - President

Graham is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Tampa NAIOP Chapter (President in 2019), Nashville Healthcare Council, and is a past member of the University of Tampa Board of Fellows, UF Bergstom Council, and the Saint Mary's School Board of Trustees. Ian Read

Idis Claxton

Jack V. Kelley - CFO

Jay is the Chief Financial Officer and a Partner of Harrod Properties, Inc. and its affiliated companies. He has served in this capacity since 2013. Jay began his professional carrier at Wachovia Bank where he spent 15 years holding a variety of lending, credit, and management positions. After leaving Wachovia in 2000, he co-founded a commercial lending effort for Wells Fargo's Real Estate Group in Tampa and Ft. Lauderdale. Jay graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, GA with a degree in Finance. Jay serves on the Board of Directors of Tampa Bay Rocks the Cure and is the current President of Legatus International-Tampa. He is also a member of the James Madison Institute. Jay is married with six children and six grandchildren.

Jeff Anderson

Jeff joined Harrod in 2013 and is currently responsible for portfolio management, new project development, brokerage services, and project management out of the Dallas office. Jeff has been actively involved in healthcare real estate since 2001. Prior to joining HHRE, Jeff spent twelve years with Transwestern in their Healthcare Advisory Group. Jeff graduated from Texas Christian University. Jeff is a member of the Dallas chapters of NAIOP and The Real Estate Council. He enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and playing golf.

Jeff Bennett

Jeff joined Harrod in 2013. He is currently responsible for overseeing exterior and interior construction projects. Prior to joining the company, Jeff worked for the Dohring Group as an appraiser, and in contract management with the Dept. of Defense. Kyle Redding

Kyle joined Harrod in 2022. He is currently responsible for overseeing exterior and interior construction projects with a focus on healthcare. Prior to joining the company he worked for The Beck Group as a project manager. Kyle has over 10 years of healthcare construction experience and graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Construction Systems Management.

Robert C. Webster, II

Rob joined the Harrod team in 2000 and currently serves as Senior Partner to Harrod Properties, Inc. and related companies. He is currently responsible for overseeing the brokerage division, sourcing new projects and portfolio management. Prior to joining Harrod, Rob was employed by Midland Mortgage, Cohen Financial, and SunTrust Bank. Rob graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Finance and Economics. Rob currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Pediatric Cancer Foundation and enjoys coaching youth basketball and spending time with his wife and four children.

Robert E. White - CFO

Bob currently serves as the head of Accounting for Harrod Properties, Inc. and affiliated companies. Bob officially joined the company in 2016, but has worked with Gary Harrod since 1985. Prior to joining Harrod, Bob spent thirty-five years as a tax partner with two regional multi-office CPA firms, most recently as Managing Partner of the Tampa office of BDO. He focuses on tax strategy for all the Harrod companies, their affiliates, managed entities, and projects. Bob is currently serves as a board member for the PGA Tour's Copperhead Charity where he was also a past Chairman. He is the treasurer of the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation has been active on the boards of Tampa Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Tampa NAIOP chapter. He enjoys playing golf, working with sports charities, and spending time with his four grandchildren.

Ryan Danhour

Ryan joined HHRE in 2019 and leads our construction management team, working on both ground-up and renovation projects. Ryan graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Florida, and prior to HHRE, he worked for 13 years as a design-build general contractor. He brings firsthand experience in managing design teams, developing budgets, tracking schedules, and ensuring quality work. Ryan is a member of the Tampa chapter of NAIOP and is involved in Habitat for Humanity. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter, fishing, diving and playing golf.

Steve Minotakis

Steve joined Harrod as the Controller in 2016. He is currently responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the accounting records for all the companies, their affiliates, managed entities, and projects. Steve obtained his CPA license in New York in 1995 and then in Florida in 2002 after relocating to the Tampa Bay Area. He has over 27 years of public and private accounting experience in a variety of industries. Steve graduated from Hofstra University in New York with a degree in Accounting. Steve is married with two daughters. His interests include fishing, skiing, hockey, agriculture, and all things tech.

Stuart Kessler

Stuart is an active member of Tampa's NAIOP and REIC chapters. His interests include golf, travel, and basketball.

Tricia Wagner
