Dr. Kaylene Carr

Dr. Kaylene Carr grew up in the San Diego area and has spent time living in the Estados Unidos Mexicanos and the Republic of the Philippines. She received a Bachelor's of Science in Secondary Social Science from Pacific Christian College. After she graduated, she spent four years teaching in the Republic of the Philippines. While in the Philippines, she studied International Development and went on to complete a Master's of Science in Management from Hope International University. While living in the Philippines, Dr. Carr picked up the Korean sport of Taekwondo. She spent many years training and competing in Taekwondo tournaments at the state, national and international levels. Dr. Carr completed her pre-medicine courses at California State University, Fullerton. She studied Medicine at Albany Medical College in New York and completed her residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics at Loma Linda University Medical Center. After residency, Dr. Carr worked in Riverside California for 4 and a half years before joining Inland Empire Women's Center. Her focus is comprehensive obstetrical care and minimally invasive gynecology surgery. Dr. Carr can boast that she was the first doctor in Riverside County to do a total laparoscopic hysterectomy with 3 mm ports! In addition to being certified to perform surgical procedures using the Da Vince Robot, she is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is proficient in English and Spanish. Dr. Carr lives with her husband and children in the Inland Empire. She enjoys spending time with family, gardening, traveling and working.

Imelda Jimenez

Imelda Jimenez is an experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years working in Women's Health as a mid-level provider. She is a native of Southern California and has enjoyed working in both private practice and community health clinics throughout the East San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire. She earned her Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Degree from Harbor-UCLA. She takes pride in educating her patients and easing their anxiety when it comes to understanding their health care needs. Her hospital experience as a Registered Nurse includes working in the medical-surgical units, L&D and post-partum. She remains an active member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her interests include spending quality family time, hiking, traveling, and exploring California's central coast.

Richard Tang

Richard Tang, MPAP, PA-C is a nationally certified physician assistant. He began his career in medicine while serving as a combat medic in the United States Army. His passion and dedication grew while deployed to rural areas of Afghanistan providing medical care to sick and injured villagers. Upon return, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology at the University of Southern California and Master of Physician Assistant Practice from Keck School of Medicine of USC. Richard emphasizes building a strong rapport with patients, so they become comfortable and confident to talk about their own health. In his free time, he enjoys almost all forms of yard work and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Shardae Williams

Shardae Williams began her nursing profession five years ago after graduating from Grambling State University with her Bachelor of Science in nursing. Her experiences include telemetry, medical-surgical, post-anesthesia care (PACU), intensive care (ICU), and hospice. After five rewarding years as a registered nurse, she obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner and Master of Science degree at California Baptist University. Shardae is actively involved in helping nursing students embrace compassion and self-care as they progress through nursing school. With a passion for continually serving the community, she became an active member of several professional organizations, including Sigma Theta Tau honors society and Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority. Shardae provides exceptional care for women and families in the hospital and clinical settings. She believes in treating her patients wholly with dignity and respect. She affirms that developing strong patient relationships enables her to provide personalized care, tailored to meet each patient's individual needs. In her free time, she enjoys teaching her youth group at church, spending time with her family, friends, and traveling.

Silvia Barr

Silvia Barr is a Physician Assistant who has been working in Women's Health since 2017. Originally from Florida, Silvia attended the University of South Florida and obtained a Bachelors of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Silvia then attended Rutgers University Physician Assistant program and graduated with a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant studies. Immediately following graduation from the Masters Program, Silvia successfully completed a postgraduate program known as OB GYN PA Fellowship at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. With years of training, Silvia has gained the privilege of caring for women as they traverse through different phases of life. Silvia proudly enjoys educating young women about disease prevention, such as starting pap smear screenings early, and caring for elderly women as they enter menopause. As a strong believer in Scientia Potentia Est, meaning knowledge is power. Silvia knows she has an important role as a Medical Professional to share this knowledge with the community. In Silvia's free time, she enjoys spending time with her son and husband, cooking delicious meals, and hiking.

Sudhakar Dixit

While experience is celebrated in the medical field, gaining such expertise and familiarity in various public and private practices as Sudhakar Dixit did is rarer in the United States. Dr. Dixit is a revered physician in the country with exceptional proficiency in major gynecology surgeries, deliveries, and laparoscopic procedures, which he performs at the Riverside University Health System Medical Center and Riverside Community Hospital. He graduated with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Wright State University in 1983 before proceeding to Wright State University - Boonshoft School of Medicine the same year. After graduating from the institution in June 1987, Dr. Dixit took his internship and residence at University Hospitals of Cleveland - Case Western Reserve University SOM and David Grant Medical Center - United States Air Force between 1987 and 1992. He is a licensed and certified by the State of California, Active to Practice medicine and surgery and the American Board of OB/GYN Board. Furthermore, Dr. Dixit is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. As an attending physician at Inland Empire Women's Center, Loma Linda, the Riverside-based doctor conducts between 16 and 20 clinical visits daily and 24-hour calls per month. Dr. Dixit also worked as an attending physician at Loma Linda University Health System, Loma Linda, from January 2017 - December 2019. The doctor's roles include performing deliveries, major gynecology surgeries, and laparoscopic procedures. As an Air force Physician, he practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology at March Air Force Base and Tyndall Air Force Base, Panama City, between 1992 and 1995. Dixit has also worked at various healthcare facilities during his 28 years career, including Moreno Valley Community Hospital, San Antonio Regional Medical Center, St. Bernardine Medical Center, and Community Hospital of San Bernardino.
