We are a Preferred Provider (PPO) for Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska, CIGNA and Delta Dental Premier. As a courtesy to our patients we will submit your insurance claims. Dental insurance is an excellent aid in alleviating some of your out of pocket expenses, but rarely covers the full cost of care. Co-payments are due at the time of service.
