The spirit of Acha is Spanish, reflecting a Californian version of this wine's earthiness, perfume, and fruit power, which is balanced with firm though supple structure. The grapes come from three main areas: Lake County, Lodi, and Mendocino, where the grapes are grown using sustainable practices to achieve maximum quality.
