Maystar Group was founded by Brandon Tang in May 2017. Brandon qualified as a chartered secretary of UK ICSA and HK ICS in 1995. He worked for Arthur Andersen (previously known as Big 5 Global Accounting Firm) for 6 years. Brandon specialized in advising on corporate structure and private trust structure, with Fortune 500 multinational clients and high net worth private clients... Maystar Group helps its clients operate and expand internationally in the world. We do this by making sure they are properly set up to do business in countries and compliant with local and international standard and regulations... Brandon left TMF Group in 2017 and established Maystar Corporate Solutions Limited in Hong Kong to deliver consultancy and advisory services to clients in relation to their corporate restructuring, incorporations of companies in overseas, providing company secretary services.
