Established in 1999 by master craftsman Gord Payment, Millenium Shutters and Blinds has grown and now offers over 35 yrs of collective expertise to every shutter we manufacture... We are proud to offer the highest quality craftsmanship to our customers. Unlike larger production facilities, our shutters are individually hand crafted and custom made to exacting standards...
