Carrie Spott

Carrie Spott is the head of business development across the Northern Lights Family of companies, where she focuses on developing relationships with network, broadcast and streaming clients. Prior to joining Northern Lights, Carrie was vice president of client success at Athena Global Advisors and vice president of business development and executive in charge of production at Alkemy X.

David Gioiella

David's career spans over 20 years of award winning work. He collaborates with networks, agencies and brands to tell moving and effective stories on screens of all sizes…from ideation through production, editorial, audio post and motion graphic design. His work has been honored at the Sundance Film Festival, Cannes Lions, Promax/BDA, Tellys, Emmys, The One Show and others.

Derek Barbanti

Job Titles:

Derek spent 10 years at Showtime developing campaigns for sports, theatricals, documentaries, and original series including Brotherhood, Dexter and Homeland, winning 2 Emmy Awards for his work. Since joining our team he has led launches, trailers, promos, co-branded and integrated marketing initiatives for Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+, Travel Channel, TBS, USA, truTV, and A+E. Derek's also an avid photographer, and craft beer and wine connoisseur.

Joe Nichols

Joe is an award-winning creative director who comes to Northern Lights from Amazon where he was responsible for launching over 20 original series, and winning Cannes Lions, Promax Gold and Clio awards along the way. His campaigns are cohesive across all platforms and rooted in data-driven strategy. Prior to Amazon Joe launched multiple #1 shows at Lifetime and USA. Born and raised in Manhattan he now lives in LA and finally has a driver's license.

Leona Togher

Leona's got you covered, from tackling complicated deliverable lists, to last minute Friday night revisions! She's produced highly rated series launch campaigns for Amazon, ABC, Nickelodeon, Travel Channel, truTV and USA. Leona's also a vocalist and VO artist, you may have heard her opposite Colin Jost as the voice of IZOD's talking sweater.

Mark Littman

Mark has over 20 years experience directing, writing, editing, and consulting. He's concepted and directed commercials for Saatchi, Leo Burnett, Ogilvy, Pillsbury, USA, and Food Network as well as produced and directed award winning feature documentaries, branded content, and TV pilots. Mark's work has been honored by numerous film festivals, AICE Awards, Telly Awards, and The One Show.

Pat Carpenter

Carpenter has edited and creative directed award-winning show launches, trailers, commercials, documentaries, and long form content. He's led national brand campaigns for Amazon Prime Video, Olympics campaigns for NBC, and work for HBO, USA, SYFY, Nickelodeon and WWE. A native of New York City's punk rock scene, Pat's also the drummer for Mickey Leigh's Mutated Music.
