Niamh O'Carroll founded OCC and works across all of our accounts as an advisor or a fully-involved team leader while also managing and developing the business. Niamh has over 25 years' experience in PR and communications and is a Fellow of the Irish PR institute, a University of Limerick alumni awardee, a judge of the annual Irish PR Awards, a board member of SOAR and a founder member of Capital Limerick. Niamh is a former board member of Belvedere College, SJ and the Women's Fund for Ireland at the Community Foundation. She has a black book of media connections you wouldn't believe.
