- Community Engagement Manager
Agustina is Open Ownership's Community Engagement Manager. She supports people and organisations to use beneficial ownership data to bring about social and economic benefits, particularly for improved natural resource management. This includes community building, data engagement and development of technical tools for impactful data use.
Prior to joining OO, Agustina worked for almost 8 years in the Argentinean civil society organisation ‘Directorio Legislativo' (Legislative Directory), leading diverse advocacy campaigns and policy work in Latin America. She was then appointed Network Director of Open Data Charter, working to strengthen a global community of open data advocates.
Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration. Agustina acts as an external advisor to Argentina's House of Deputies on parliamentary openness and innovation, and in her spare time she loves travelling and playing hockey.

Alanna Markle is Open Ownership's Policy and Research Manager. She contributes to developing, testing, and refining the organisation's policy recommendations, and supports the implementation of BOT reforms.
Prior to joining Open Ownership, Alanna was a strategic foresight analyst based in the Office of the Secretary-General at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. She has also worked in policy analysis for the Western Cape Government and the Institute for Security Studies in South Africa.
Alanna is a former Fulbright Fellow and holds an MA in Global Finance, Trade and Economic Integration from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver.
Alanna grew up in the Appalachian Region of the US and is currently based in the UK.

Claire Reichenbach is Open Ownership's Director of Finance and Human Resources. She is responsible for the organisation's finances and the well-being of staff as well as ensuring that all runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Working in the international non-profit sector her whole life, she spent over twelve years at Amnesty International. She has since taken her skills to various start-up charities in international children's health and global education. Having until recently served as the Chair of the Board for AbleChildAfrica, she brings a governance perspective to her financial, operational and human resources non-profit experience.
Claire holds a BSc in Economics which she supplemented with further studies at the Birkbeck University of London, specialising in international development. She is fluent in French and is constantly working on improving her Spanish. Claire is based in London, UK.

Denise Yap is Open Ownership's Finance and Administration Associate. She supports the team in finance and operations, working closely with the Director of Finance and Human Resources.
Before joining OO, Denise's work in Scotland included a project with the Scottish Government, collecting data from care homes during the COVID pandemic. She studied photography at university in Singapore, and has previously worked as a web designer, which contributes to her strong interest in using technology and digital tools to serve the needs of growing organisations.
Denise is based in the UK.

Emily Manuel is Open Ownership's Regional Manager for the Asia Pacific region. She is responsible for leading technical initiatives to support priority national governments implementing beneficial ownership transparency. She is also responsible for building and managing relationships with in-country stakeholders to further Open Ownership's work in the region.
Prior to joining Open Ownership, she worked as a legal consultant for the Philippine Government and various international organizations, including the British Council and The Asia Foundation. She helped draft policies and implement key reforms. She also worked for a leading global data engineering company, where she managed projects on artificial intelligence. She is currently a lecturer at the New Era University where she teaches Information Technology Law.
She earned her Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of the Philippines and her Master of Law and Technology degree from Tilburg University.
Her hobbies include reading, visiting art galleries, doing watersports, and spending time with her furbaby.

Emma Howard works for Open Ownership's technical partner, Open Data Services. As a Data and Policy analyst, Emma supports the identification and resolution of key policy and implementation challenges around beneficial ownership.
Emma is a qualified accounting professional and has recently studied data analysis. She provides Open Ownership with insight on financial practices and structures as well as the importance of data visualisation for effective communication.
Emma has a solid co-operative background as a director of the fourth largest consumer co-op in the UK, and a director of Co-operatives UK - the UK movement's apex body. She lives in the East of England with two cats, and loves to travel as much as they will allow!
