A marketing enthusiast who knows her way around a spreadsheet, Brianne has collected years of certifications and experience in digital marketing, including Google Analytics and AdWords.
From an in-house marketing team to freelance strategy backed by a marketing MBA, Brianne brings a hefty mix of experience to the One Net team-particularly when positioning global companies to slay the competition. If she's not laying out content strategies for clients, she's likely roaming the backcountry on Vancouver Island looking for hidden ferns or exploring obscure peaks.
Carisse has major design chops, especially when it comes to advertising and UX. But, what really makes her shine is her keen interest in emerging web technologies and how they can make her web pages and graphics animate to life.
With a post-secondary education in Graphic Media Design, experience in marketing, and a strong background in fine arts, Carisse's designs are not about adding decorative accoutrements to the page. She's all about purposeful conversion-oriented design and that bleeds into her work at One Net building meaning into every pixel.
Whatever his destination, if Dylan goes there once, he can get there again. And that sense of direction extends to his vision as the Co-Founder and CMO at One Net. His natural ability to design marketing programs, grow brands and master AdTech has led to more than $220M in revenue generated for his clients. Check out this podcast to hear for yourself. He has a special love for helping startups grow and lives to align executives with clear cohesive strategy.
With over 20 years of experience helping brands like Lenovo, Rhapsody (Napster) and Yahoo Music to acquire new customers, Dylan's history across roles like Account Director at ValueClick Inc and later founding One Net, has always maintained a focus on creating future proof solutions. He's known for helping clients look forward, but he's surprisingly good at driving backwards too-a 5km record to be exact. On weekends he likes to explore the steepest snow peaks in North America on his snowboard.
Evan is a surprisingly good juggler, but that has nothing on his management of One Net's finances. From accounts receivable, to predicting currency conversions and getting everyone paid on time, Evan is the man sitting at the control desk of the agency.
He's been crunching numbers for almost five years between One Net and his previous job at Ocean Networks Canada, and he has the analysis chops to prove it. When he leaves for the day, you'll probably catch him shooting some hoops or looking to maximize his investment profits. Like a boss.

Known in some circles as the king of gradients, and others as the master of Flexbox (read: CSS geek), Jaiden is our talented Associate Creative Director. He got a headstart on client work in junior high when he built his first commercial website on Webflow, the platform where he would eventually find his place as Community Manager. Years later he worked as a Senior Designer and Art Designer for a series of Victoria agencies and Creative Director at B12.io where his campaigns were featured in Times Square.
He's passionate about telling stories through design and sleeps better when he feels his work is adding value to society. In his leisure time you can find him camping on a beach or building his surf cred in Tofino.
With diplomas in both design and development, Jeremy has over 7 years experience in the field working for various agencies as well as freelancing. Whether it's responsive websites, comprehensive e-learning courses, full stack web applications, or iOS apps, he's got experience building in various languages, frameworks, and platforms. He has contributed to a wide variety of projects for names like Oakley, Honda, Syncrude, Husky, and Suncor.
Jeremy's forte is developing intuitive and elegant user experiences, and problem solving through code. When he's not contributing to the interweb you can probably find him trying not to lose any of his 4 kids at the playground, or playing some sort of racket sport in his "free time".
Katie is always ready to try on a new character or storyline in her video games, and that extends to her work life too. With one foot in managing video projects and the other in the technical world, her passion for facilitating creativity shines in both. She's in her happy place when she can bring clients, creatives and developers together, and gets a strange satisfaction from building Gantt charts and crushing deadlines.
She has almost 5 years of experience managing complex projects, from videos for clients like AppLovin, to technical projects across dev environments like React, Webflow, Wordpress and PHP. Katie has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and she's a classy lady to boot, nurturing hummingbirds and diving into a good book in her spare time.
With a keen eye for grammar and a knack for simplifying the complex, we tried to convert Kaylee into a copywriter. Unfortunately, she insisted that her law degree and 8 years of legal experience in procurement, sales contracts and IP law was better utilized in a legal position. Like all good lawyers, Kaylee won the argument and remains our in-house counsel. She spends her days creating fair and easily digestible contracts, analyzing privacy legislation and defending our IP.
Kaylee sits on the board of multiple non profits including Big Brothers Big Sisters, is a master chef, an animal lover and might have a world record for the tallest stack of books on a night stand.

Animator first, designer second, Kristen sees everything in motion. Each live video shoot brings a rush of seeing her storyboards coming to life and each new animation is an opportunity to explore deeper into a brand's storyworld. She believes magic happens when the right people get together in a room and loves to see the birth, death and legacy of ideas.
Kristen has been with the One Net team for almost 10 years, traveling around the world for AppLovin video shoots, giving energy to Google products, and capturing stories of the world's biggest brands. Born with a video camera in her hand, Nicole took full advantage of her mom's theater props to film anything and everything in reach. She represents the intuitive side of the agency and everywhere she looks, she sees puzzle pieces, particularly in the systems and scaffolding she builds to support One Net's processes. From documentary filmmaker, to serial entrepreneur, Nicole loves to live different lives with evolving hats, and leading an agency lets her do that every day.
She has been Creative Director at One Net for almost 15 years, leading successful campaigns for brands like Google, Lenovo and Xbox. In 2016, Nicole released her own documentary film, Amplify Her, along with its broader storyworld of comics and motion series. No stranger to the stage, she has also spoken at TedX Victoria, UX Week in San Francisco, and might even tell you about the time she did runway in another life.
