Amy L. Jackson

Amy L. Jackson joined Rammelkamp Bradney in 2002 and concentrates her practice in employment law, insurance defense litigation, and environmental law. Amy earned a bachelor's degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and her law degree from St. Louis University School of Law. Since 2006, Amy has served as the Administrative Adjudication Officer for the City of Jacksonville's Municipal Court. Before her affiliation with Rammelkamp Bradney, Amy was a member of the Illinois Attorney General's Environmental Enforcement Division where she was responsible for pursuing and prosecuting violations of the Environmental Protection Act throughout Central and Southern Illinois. She was also an attorney with the Illinois Pollution Control Board. While at the Board, Amy oversaw significant rulemakings, such as the Tiered Approach to Corrective Action Objections (TACO), as well as statewide hearings to examine development and regulation of gas-fired electric generating facilities. Amy is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Missouri.

Bradley W. Wilson

Brad Wilson joined Rammelkamp Bradney in 1998 and concentrates in business transactions, estate planning, tax planning, and real estate. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois and was self-employed in agriculture before earning his law degree with high honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Brad is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and the National Lawyers Association. He is a member and past President of the Morgan County Bar Association. He has served on the board of directors for the Jacksonville Memorial Hospital, the Cass-Morgan Farm Bureau, and the Illinois Agricultural Auditing Association. He is a former Division Vice President for the Agri-Industry Division of the Jacksonville Area Chamber of Commerce and is Chairman of the Endowment Committee for the Murrayville United Methodist Church.

H. Allen Yow

H. Allen Yow joined Rammelkamp Bradney in 1989 and concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal law, school law, and general litigation. Allen is a graduate of Wabash College and earned his juris doctor degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Missouri, and before the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Allen's municipal law practice consists of regularly advising municipalities as well as school, drainage, road, and library districts about tax levies, appropriation ordinances, contracts, elections, annexation agreements, and personnel issues. His school law practice involves advising school districts on a variety of issues, including special education, collective bargaining, personnel, student discipline, and contracts. His general litigation practice includes real property and contract disputes. From 2010 through 2018, Allen was a member of the Illinois Supreme Court Committee on Character and Fitness for the Fourth District and served as its Chairman in 2018.

Jenna L. Tucker

Jenna L. Tucker joined Rammelkamp Bradney in 2017. Jenna is originally from Havana, Illinois. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois in 2012 and her Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale with a concentration in Business and Transactional Law. She currently concentrates her practice in the areas of wills and trust, the administration of deceased person's estates, and real estate transactions. Jenna is also active in the Jacksonville community, including serving as a President of the Rotary Club of Jacksonville and on the board of the Jacksonville Regional Economic Development Corporation's Building Tomorrow Foundation. Jenna is a member of the American Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association, in addition to being a Past President of the Morgan County Bar Association.

Koert J. Brown

Koert J. Brown joined Rammelkamp Bradney as an attorney in 2018 after having spent many years with the firm as an intern while pursuing his education. He is originally from Havana, Illinois. In 2015, Koert received his bachelor's degree at Illinois College with a double major and dean's list honors in Economics and Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University, graduating in the top 10% of his class. At Rammelkamp Bradney, Koert's practice focuses on business and real estate transactions as well as estate planning. Prior to joining the firm, he interned for Congressman Trent Franks in Washington, D.C. and clerked for Justice James A. Moore of the Illinois Fifth District Appellate Court. Since joining the firm, Koert has also served on the boards of Pathway Services Unlimited and the Illinois Blind Children's Foundation in addition to being a member of the Jacksonville Kiwanis Club and the Jacksonville Country Club.

Richard R. Freeman

Richard R. Freeman has been a member of Rammelkamp Bradney since 1988 after earning his law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He is a 1985 magna cum laude graduate of Bradley University. Richard concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate, and taxation, along with business and family transactions. Working closely with financial planners, accountants, and farm managers, Richard crafts an integrated estate planning strategy and then guides implementation of the plan for families and businesses. He is a frequent speaker and presenter at seminars on estate planning, family succession planning, and elder law issues. Richard is actively involved in various community and civic organizations and is a past president of the Jacksonville Kiwanis Club. He currently serves on the board of directors of a community bank and has served on the board of trustees for MacMurray College and for the Firefighters' Pension Fund for the City of Jacksonville. Richard is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Morgan County Bar Association.

Ryan D. Byers

Ryan D. Byers joined Rammelkamp Bradney in 2008 and currently concentrates his practice in civil litigation and school law. Ryan received a bachelor's degree in political science with high departmental distinction from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and graduated magna cum laude from the Michigan State University College of Law. In his litigation practice, Ryan advocates for both individuals and institutional clients in situations such as personal injury cases, contract disputes, insurance coverage issues, and construction disputes. In addition to being licensed to practice in state court throughout Illinois, Ryan is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois and is a member of both the general and trial bars of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Ryan is presently a member of the Illinois Association of Trial Defense Counsel, Council of School Attorneys (COSA), the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and the Illinois State Bar Association in addition to being a past president of the Morgan County Bar Association.
