As Executive Vice President at RS-NESS, Gabi brings to his role more than 15 years of compliance and business experience across regulated industries, including Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Biologics, and Medical Cannabis.
As a senior leader, Gabi works with companies to identify, manage, and mitigate risks, while structuring solutions for high-risk relationships in the heavily regulated life science industry.
Prior to joining RS-NESS, Gabi held senior leadership positions, in quality assurance, regulatory and clinical affairs in multiple organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Valcare Medical, where amongst the responsibilities he established, maintained and improved quality systems as well as managing the developing departments. As part of these roles, Gabi participated and lead regulatory Audits with numerous agencies, including FDA, EU, MDSAP, and others.
Gabi has a breadth and depth of knowledge and extensive expertise in the areas of Quality Assurance, Design Control, regulatory compliance and clinical affairs, including extensive discussions with different regulatory agencies. His ability to help our clients to mitigate regulatory risks and navigate regulatory complexities, as well as his history in developing sound regulatory and compliance strategies, is a perfect fit for the RS-NESS team.
As Validation Manager at RS- NESS Kevin brings to his role more than 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Medical Device industries, in corporate companies and start-ups.
Kevin graduated in Chemical Engineering from Cape Technikon, South Africa.
Prior to joining RS-NESS Kevin worked in numerous professional scopes and positions, including Project management in establishing and managing all types of validation activities, QA management, in establishing, supporting, and maintaining Design Control processes, managing/ supporting all quality system elements, validation activities, support all relevant activities related to FDA, European or other Quality Audits.
Over his carrier, he supported projects in companies such as Bio-Technology General (Ferring), Colbar Lifescience, Johnson & Johnson, Teva Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Novo GI, Becton & Dickinson (BD), and others.
Over the past almost 5 years Kevin has been a part of the RS NESS senior management and has been leading a team of about 20 Validation Engineers supporting all aspects of Validation in the Lifescience field.

Lewis Josman is a Project Management expert. He has been involved in the dynamic Project Management activities over the last 25 years with extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry and various other industrial sectors such as Power, Energy, Oil & Gas, Food and Chemical Industries.
Lewis graduated from University of Cape Town, S. Africa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and earned Master of Business Administration from University of Haifa, Israel.
He has extensive experience acting as an Owner Representative Project Manager in which he has managed facility projects on behalf of many commercial pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies and is a guest lecturer at Bioforum on Integration of Compliance into Facility Projects in Pharmaceutical Industries
He leads and has lead projects for companies such as Becton & Dickinson (BD), Omrix (Johnson & Johnson), Teva Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Perrigo, Protalix Biotherapeutics, Taro Pharmaceuticals, Rafa Laboratories and others

Noam leads a team of experts from Life Science industry in different life cycle stages (Start up to Maturing companies).
Noam graduated from SCE Technology academy, Beer Sheba, Israel with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Management Engineering.
Noam has more than 10 years of executive level experience. Highly skilled with excellent interpersonal skills, his areas of expertise encompass Pharmaceutical processes, Procedures, Quality Risk Management and Quality Assurance in Sterile manufacturing and Operational Excellence.
Before joining RS-NESS Noam managed the Filling and Packaging department and served as a Head of Shop Floor QA in the COPAXONE lines at Teva Pharmaceutical Ltd.
Rafi's career includes more than 20 years in senior engineering leadership, validations & operation management roles in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Renewable Energy Industries.
Rafi earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration from the Ben Gurion University, Beer Sheba, Israel.
Rafi has led large-scale projects of design and construction facilities in the following companies - Teva Pharmaceutical Ltd., Johnson & Johnson, Siemens, Afcon ARG & Medis Technologies.
As Financial Director, Simha oversees the accounting, financial support of internal company needs and external customer support at RS NESS. Simha joined RS NESS in 2015, she works closely with RS NESS senior leadership since her arrival.
Simha has over 15 years of experience building and leading the teams in the companies with different operating scale and complexity.
Simha graduated from Ben Gurion University of the Negev with a Bachelor degree in Hebrew Language & Education and earned a Master degree in Child Development from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.
As a CEO at RS-NESS, Zohar brings to his role more than 15 years of executive level experience in all phases of life science product development and product release in Pharmaceuticals industry. Zohar earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration from the Ben Gurion University, Beer Sheba, Israel.
A highly skilled problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills, his areas of expertise encompass Pharmaceutical processes, Projects Management, Operational Excellence, Validations, Business Development, P&L creation and management, and inter-departmental coordination.
Prior to joining RS-NESS, Zohar held a senior leadership position, in Teva Pharmaceuticals Ltd.- global pharmaceutical company - where he served as the Site General Manager of two manufacturing sites: Ashdod & Kiryat Shmona, Israel with 450 employees under his responsibility. The sales of the two sites were above 40 M$ per year. In the different roles in Teva Pharmaceutical Zohar led and managed projects in the Pharma & Medical Devices areas.
