Amir is responsible for accounting, tax, financial planning and analysis, corporate development, and all corporate functions. Prior to joining XenithIG, Amir was the Chief Operating Officer at Amobee, an advertising technology company owned by Singtel, and concurrently, served as an executive at Singtel. Earlier in his career, Amir was an Associate Partner with Oliver Wyman, supporting telecommunications and technology companies globally. Amir also served as an investment professional with Columbia Capital, where he focused on investing in the digital infrastructure and enterprise IT sectors. Amir has an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelors degree from Brown University.

Bill Cook is venture partner at Columbia Capital, a digital infrastructure entrepreneur, and president of Cook Consulting, LLC. He is the founder and former CEO of SummitIG, the executive chairman of BandwidthIG, chairman of the State of Mississippi ITS board of directors, and serves as a board member and advisor to other companies and institutions. With over 33 years of experience developing and operating digital infrastructure networks, Bill is a proven leader with strategic vision and has demonstrated his commitment to delivering effective results and creating value for investors, customers and employees. During his career, Bill has held various management positions with telecommunications companies including Intellifiber, OnFiber, Metromedia Fiber Networks, and MCI, managing the implementation of national and metropolitan networks. Bill holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Mississippi.
David Ong - Chief Legal Officer
David is responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs, company secretary and compliance matters for our group of companies. Before joining XenithIG, David was a practising solicitor specialising in the development of major infrastructure projects, including digital infrastructure and power development projects. David has worked in Australia, Malaysia, United Kingdom and Singapore on developing projects across Europe, Middle East and the Asia Pacific. David will be working closely with the leadership team to support XenithIG's ambition in rolling out high-capacity fibre networks
across the Asia Pacific. He has a Master of Science in Finance from Warwick Business School and a double Bachelors degree in commerce and law from the University of Melbourne. David is a qualified Advocate Solicitor in Malaysia and Victoria (Australia), and a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAS.
Luke is responsible for leading and executing the strategy of the company. Before joining XenithIG, Luke was APAC Business Operations Leader for Data Centre Delivery at Amazon Web Services and President Director of PT Amazon Data Services Indonesia where he delivered the AWS region to launch. Luke has held COO, CTO roles at Vocus Group Limited where he delivered critical digital infrastructure, like the Australia Singapore Cable. Previously as Managing Director of 24Seven3Six5 Pty Ltd, Luke supported some of Australia's most significant private equity and infrastructure funds in their M&A activity. Luke understands the journey from start-up to scale, having held founding roles in a number of successful start-ups like Planet Netcom, Fetch TV, and Vocus Communications. He will be working closely with the leadership team to accelerate the company's growth.
