Spartan Design was started by James Alexander after an over 30 year career with the General Electric Company. During his tenure at GE, he worked directly for 3 major businesses including GE Motors (Industrial Systems), GE Power Systems (Energy) and the GE Global Research Center. The scope of many projects included other business involvements with GE Aviation, GE Transportation (Rail), GE Oil and Gas, GE Appliances and GE Healthcare.
