The Dumpling Cove is originally known for its one of kind and unique Dumplings and fried fish, but today the Dumpling Cove serves a wide range of Caribbean cuisines. The Dumpling Cove was initially called The Dumplin Shop, Which was a household name throughout the entire New York region. In 2017, Management decided to upgrade and rebrand the restaurant; calling it The Dumpling Cove.
