She wanted a staff that truly cared about its customers by empowering and educating them, which was critical for her when it came to establishing a special needs trust for her younger son, who has Down syndrome. Jenny was so moved by the team's devotion and care for their clients that she decided to join them in order to help other families of children with special needs. In her free time, Jenny enjoys playing the piano for her church and welcoming new families to the Down syndrome community by volunteering with Jack's Basket.

Kathryn Allen Watson
