Anders Arthur specializes in dispute resolution. He represents clients in general and administrative court proceedings, before disciplinary board hearings and in domestic and international arbitration proceedings (ad hoc and under regimes such as the SCC, ICC and UNCITRAL rules). Anders has acted in a wide variety of matters related to construction, franchise, insolvency, insurance, intellectual property, life science, M&A, professional liability and trade secrets. He also regularly advises clients in company law matters and owner disputes.
Andreas Eriksson has more than 15 years' experience of dispute resolution, both in courts and in domestic and international arbitration. He has represented clients at all levels of the Swedish judicial system and under different arbitration regimes, including the SCC, ICC and UNCITRAL rules. Cases have concerned, inter alia, IT delivery agreements, outsourcing agreements, share transfer agreements, financing agreements, delivery and retailer agreements and insurance agreements, as well as questions regarding advisor liability and board and management liability. Andreas also regularly serves as arbitrator.
Daniel Wåtz has more than 20 years' experience of advising on commercial contracts and dispute resolution in various business areas, including IT, outsourcing, research and development, and life science. Daniel's assignments often have an international character.
David is an experienced practitioner in the area of commercial disputes both in court and arbitration. David also works with media and IP law as well as ongoing corporate law issues. He has previously worked as law clerk at the Patent and Market Court and Stockholm District Court.
Esa Kymäläinen has more than 15 years' experience working in the areas of corporate law and dispute resolution. He specialises in media and IT law, data protection, public procurement, competition law and other regulatory issues. Esa also has extensive experience of crisis management and as an advisor in connection with internal investigations and threat situations.
He regularly represents clients in courts and before other public authorities in connection with issues such as freedom of speech, public procurement and commercial disputes.
Faim mainly works with IT agreements and commercial contracts. He has previously held two Nordic Legal Counsel positions at both a global IT supplier and Europe's largest digital health provider.
Fredrik is specialised within intellectual property law, IT law, data privacy and commercial agreements. He has extensive experience in working with clients and deals within the IT business, the music business and other IPR-intensive businesses.

Mats is a specialist in digitalization and technology law, including IT, life science and outsourcing. For more than 20 years he has supported customers and suppliers in various business sectors with all types of legal and contractual matters in Sweden and internationally. His experience is broad and includes e.g. IT- and digital transformation projects, research and development projects, medical studies, data privacy, system procurements, program licensing and cloud services. Mats also supports clients in public procurement law matters.
Ulf mainly works with media and IP law, competition and market law-related issues and dispute resolution. Ulf regularly represents clients in court and has extensive experience of both administrative and civil proceedings, including before the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Patent and Market Court, as well as internationally before the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg and the European Court in Strasbourg. Notable cases include a claim against the Swedish Competition Authority before the Swedish Market Court and assisting the National Swedish Public Service Broadcaster before the Swedish Supreme Court in a matter regarding the relationship between Swedish law and European Union law.
Ulf was a member of the Parliamentary Committee tasked to review the rules on the coordination of damages, compensation from public insurance schemes and compensation from other types of insurance in connection with personal injuries (directive 1999:18) and the Parliamentary Privacy Committee (directive 2014:65). He has been commissioned by the Swedish Bar Association on a number of occasions to draft consultation responses to the Swedish Government. Ulf has also been a guest speaker for many years on copyright and media law at Stockholm University.
Ulf has published several articles, especially within the field of EU law and media and IP law. He authored the chapter on non-contractual liability in Cyber Law in Sweden (main author Christine Kirchberger) Wolters Kluwer 2011 and 2014 In 2018 he updated this chapter for a third edition. He is the author of the section on Swedish law in Carter-Ruck on Libel and Privacy, Sweet & Maxwell 2010 and an update to be published in 2020.
Ulrika specializes in IT and technology, outsourcing, data protection and public procurement. She has advised on a range of outsourcings and public procurements involving IT systems and services. She has extensive experience of commercial contracts and negotiations within various business sectors, both on the private and public market. She regularly advises companies on all aspects of data protection compliance, including i.a. data protection policies and procedures, cloud computing, cross border data transfers and website compliance issues.
