Managing partner Nathan Taylor Williams devotes 100 percent of his practice to litigation and is known throughout Georgia as a premier personal injury attorney. He is admitted to practice law in all Georgia courts, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the U.S. District Court Southern District, Middle District, and Northern District of Georgia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit. Nathan brings a tremendous amount of experience to his practice. As a former assistant public defender, city attorney, and municipal court judge, he has an extensive knowledge of both civil and criminal matters. He is also a committed public servant, having volunteered his legal knowledge on behalf of clients who can't afford an attorney during his work with Georgia Legal Services. A graduate of Georgia Southern University and the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, Nathan is a dedicated advocate for his clients in the following areas: trucking accidents, serious auto accidents, premises liability, pharmacy malpractice, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and wrongful death litigation. Nathan is a member of the of the American Board of Trial Attorneys, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and American Association of Justice. Paul A. Schofield

Paul A. Schofield focuses his practice on helping those injured or wronged in cases involving trucking accidents, serious auto accidents, premises liability, pharmacy malpractice, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death litigation. Paul also handles chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, helping businesses and individuals to reorganize their business affairs and return to profitability. Since 2021, Paul has served as a chapter 7 trustee in the Brunswick and Waycross divisions of the Southern District of Georgia. Paul has over a decade of experience helping clients with a wide range of issues, and believes strongly in client-focused litigation. He also believes in public service, having provided pro bono legal services to clients in conjunction with the Georgia Legal Services Program. Paul is a proud Kiwanian, having served as secretary of the Kiwanis Club of Brunswick since 2017. Paul is admitted to practice law in all Georgia courts, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Tax Court.
