Peter J. Nosal

Before founding Nosal & Jeter, LLP, Mr. Nosal was a Solo Practitioner concentrating in Traffic Law, DUI Defense, Corporate Law, Tax and Estate Planning. The partnership with Mr. Jeter will allow both attorneys to fully serve clients with traffic tickets in South Carolina and North Carolina. In addition to his private legal practice, Mr. Nosal proudly practices law as a JAG Officer in the South Carolina Army National Guard. During law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law, Mr. Nosal was a Research Editor for the American Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Journal. Mr. Nosal received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Income Tax and was a student member of the John Belton O'Neall Inn of Court. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Nosal attended Wake Forest University and was an Officer in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department. Mr. Nosal has represented numerous clients with traffic tickets throughout the state of South Carolina. As a former law enforcement officer with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, Mr. Nosal knows how the system works and utilizes his experiences to help negotiate on your behalf with the Officer who wrote your ticket and aggressively defend your case in court.Mr. Nosal takes pride in striving to achieve the best possible result for everyone of the firm's traffic clients. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, swimming, and taking his daughter to Deacon and Gamecock football games.

Thomas C. Jeter III

Thomas C. Jeter III is a dual licensed partner of Nosal & Jeter, LLP and works out of both the Cornelius, NC office and the Fort Mill, SC office. Mr. Jeter focuses his traffic law practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina. The law partners of Nosal & Jeter, LLP first met each other as classmates at the University of South Carolina School of Law. Before partnering with Mr. Nosal, Mr. Jeter worked as an associate in a Huntersville, North Carolina law firm. Mr. Jeter earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law graduating cum laude. During law school, he served as Research Editor for the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal. Mr. Jeter is a skilled negotiator and has helped hundreds of individuals save their drivers license from being suspended. Mr. Jeter works closely with the firm's out of state clients, especially North Carolina drivers, to manage the effect of any plea deal on their out of state license and insurance. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Jeter earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College. While at Davidson, Mr. Jeter played on the men's varsity tennis team. Mr. Jeter resides in Charlotte and is still an avid tennis player. He spends his free time outdoors deer and turkey hunting.
