UNITY INSPIRATION

Trevor is a professional multi-percussionist and joint director of UNITY INSPIRATION and band leader for Sonido Bossa Nova . He is responsible for the drum and percussion faction and has been performing both nationally and internationally for the past 15 years. He is also a teacher and workshop facilitator working for Greenwich, Lambeth, Merton and Ealing Music Services teaching drumming and percussion in primary and secondary schools. He has CRB enhanced certification and a teaching certificate, KS2 CPD Music Programme endorsed by Trinity College. He also teaches privately and is also able to provide team building drumming workshops for the corporate sector... His interest in percussion began with listening to albums which featured Brazilian and Cuban musicians, it was the added musical textures of percussion that made the music exciting and uplifting and a pleasure to listen to, which led to a growing interest in music from Africa, Caribbean and South America...
