I have been in the motor trade industry for 50 years and in senior management roles for 30 years. I am experienced in all aspects of aftersales, parts trade wholesaling, service operation and accident repair center. I am focused on providing a support service to our sales team, offering our partners a return on investment, and provide excellent customer service.

Having been in the parts industry since 1984, I joined One Call as the assistant to Neil Buckley in the Manchester area in November 2013, little was I to know the variety that I would experience in the last 4 years as I have supported my One Call colleagues in all of the areas we work in. When you add it up I have been selling parts into the many different aspects of the motor trade for over 40 years.
In all of my career I have been lucky enough to have a very supportive wife and family. I take an active part in all my kids and grandkids lives and I enjoy sharing my interest in sport, football with my grandson and formula 1 with my granddaughter but as they are getting older we seem to spend less time sharing so I watch alone and shout at the telly instead. I listen to a very eclectic range of music which I also share with family and sometimes I just like to share the peace and quiet of life with my dog as we enjoy our daily walks.
