Amanda Menahem

A skilled HR Director, Amanda began her career in Retail Management before specialising in Graduate Recruitment and Management Development. Amanda has held a variety of Senior HR Management roles, before becoming an HR Director within the financial services industry. In this role she built the HR function from the very beginning and helped lead a business turnaround through to successful public flotation. Amanda is a qualified leadership coach with an MBTI and Insights License as well as being psychometric level A and B qualified. Amanda is currently studying for an MA in psychotherapy which underpins and strengthens her coaching abilities.

Anton McBurnie

In addition to working with Aspiring HR, Anton is the Managing Partner of CoSuccess Consulting in the US. Co-author of "Close The Interaction Gap", Anton is a strong communicator who can motivate and align diverse teams to achieve a common purpose.

Bernadette McBurnie

In addition to working with Aspiring HR, Bernadette is a Consultant and Coach with CoSuccess Consulting in the US. She works with individuals in large or small organisations who deeply care about creating and living success in all areas of their life, by giving them a clear vision, purposeful direction, and increasing their personal and leadership effectiveness. Bernadette also has her own coaching and speaking practice that focuses on Women's Empowerment and Leadership.

Clare Carpenter

Hayley is a meticulous, task-driven Executive Assistant with more than 10 years of experience in managing office operations. Hayley supports the team with all administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, project management, event planning and internal communications. Hayley is a professional problem-solver, incredibly intuitive and equipped with an innate ability to anticipate the needs of the team and our clients. Her ability to remain calm under pressure whilst supporting the day-to-day administrative, financial and operational functions is invaluable.

Julie Parlabean

Kevin Ventris

Having worked in a number of multi-site environments within the public and private sectors, Kevin has gained a broad working knowledge of HR functionality and employment legislation practices and methodology. Kevin is also currently studying psychodynamic counselling as part of his own personal self-development.

Laura Wall
