Adam left school in 1995 to work for R J Beeby in March and completed his NVQ 2 & 3 at Peterborough College. He has since worked in a Skoda dealership and completed Master Technician training before going on to work for VW UK as a technical trainer and personal development coach. Adam has completed over 100 product training courses, many of which were for VW group which give us an extremely competitive edge against the main dealers.
Emma has been deeply involved in the running of the Business since day one. Emma runs the business on a day to day basis and handles the reception and administration duties whilst over-seeing general customer service.
Harry is our newest and youngest recruit. He has completed his level 3 qualifications for a garage in Peterborough and has come to us to enhance and grow his skills. He has an enthusiasm for the VW Group brands and has demonstrated this successfully to us. Harry has a keen eye for detail and has already proved his worth alongside our workshop team.
Heidi works at front of house with Emma looking after our customers; booking them in, invoicing, preparing quotes and ensuring customer expectations are met. We used to deal with Heidi regularly when she managed a local branch of a Motor Factor and were very happy when she agreed to come and work with us. Heidi has a friendly and approachable nature, making her extremely suitable to customer service and an extremely valuable asset to our team.
James came to us initially as a customer and then joined us to help prepare cars for customers prior to picking them up. James also collects and delivers customer's vehicles as well as detailing Sales Vehicles. He has a keen eye for detail and perfection enabling your car to be returned to you looking as best as it can.
Oliver and Adam initially met when they worked next to each other in a dealership back in 2005. They remained friends after Adam left to work for VW UK and joined forces again in summer 2019 when Oliver came to work with us. Oliver has almost 20 years experience of working for main dealers at the sharp end of diagnostics and electrical work, bringing a strong skill set to our team. He also has over 11 years experience as an MoT tester.
