Africa Midstream (AM) is an independent, Africa-focused energy company made up of Walnut Petroleum and Ascon Oil. Incorporated in Nigeria in 2018, AM invests primarily in midstream energy infrastructure for natural gas and natural gas liquids and downstream retail distribution of petroleum products. With emphasis on gas processing, transportation and storage, our mission is to take gas and petroleum products efficiently to power, industrial, commercial and residential end-users in African countries... Our strategy is to maximize value for stakeholders in the course of providing processing, transporting and storage services; Renewable energy, gas to power opportunities for commercial, residential and industrial users
