Darren is vice president and heads Berners Schober's Springfield office. He is an electrical engineer by trade, specializing in lighting, power and special systems, but is well-versed in many aspects of architectural design.
Ian is president of Berners Schober and has been with us since 1991. He has led several high profile projects for the firm, including recent additions to the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and Madison campuses.
Joe leads the firm's engineering department and is a past president. From his start at Berners Schober in 1984 to now, he has led and supported complex building designs for educational, municipal and public service functions.
Though knowledgeable in nearly every aspect of designing a space, Joe provides highly acclaimed expertise in energy analysis, energy modeling and building ventilation.
Joe lives in the details in his profession, but outside of the office he is all about the big picture, taking in nature from the seat of his bike and passing the night with a glass of wine and good friends.

Matt is treasurer and a mechanical engineer at Berners Schober. He knows the ins and outs of HVAC with vast experience in energy efficient, user-friendly systems.
Wendy is secretary and heads the interior design department, joining that team in 1986. She uses her experience and instincts of space to plan layouts and incorporate designs that help us better live, work and care for each other.
