Austin Brockenbrough IV is Chief Executive Officer of Brockenbrough. He leads the firm's Executive Committee, and works closely with all aspects of the firm including private wealth and institutional services. Austin has been dedicated to serving high-net-worth individuals and families with complex investment and wealth management needs, institutions and endowments, since joining the firm in 1998. He brings 30 years of investment experience serving individuals and institutions.
In addition to his work at Brockenbrough, Austin served on the board of Child Fund International, one of the largest international child development agencies in the world serving millions of children in dozens of the world's neediest countries. He has a passion for serving at-risk youth and has a 20 year relationship with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond.

Carter oversees the corporate services provided to Dominion Energy's operating companies, including information technology, security, human resources, and the facilities, procurement and other administrative services needed to support employees and operations across 16 states. She also serves as the corporate secretary for Dominion Energy's Board of Directors and as Chief of Staff for the company's Chair and CEO, overseeing governance, shareholder relations and organizational design. She joined the company in 1996 as Associate General Counsel and has held a number of positions in legal, HR and administrative services during her tenure at the company.
Carter is active in her industry and community, including serving as vice chairman (former chair) of the board of Energy Insurance Mutual, as a member of the Region 4 Council for the Virginia Initiative for Growth & Opportunity, Chair of the board of trustees of Collegiate School and is a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Richmond School of Law.

As Chief Operating Officer, Casey supports the CEO in building capacity within the organization and aligning staff to meet the needs of stakeholders. She oversees key functions of the Foundation including Human Resources, IT, operations, and affiliate relationships while monitoring organizational goals. The execution of the Community Foundation's business planning, metrics and business development initiatives also fall under her scope of work.
Casey enjoys her cross-functional role as she brings team members together for optimal performance and growth. Her past experience, including work with Smart Beginnings and the YWCA, have equipped her to problem-solve both within an organization and out in the Richmond community.

Charlie Agee retired in 2017 as Director of Corporate Citizenship for Altria Group in Richmond, after having served in leadership roles for Altria for over 32 years. In his most recent position, he was responsible for directing corporate philanthropy, community relations, and employee community involvement programs for the Altria Group family of companies. At the time of his retirement, he was responsible for annual charitable giving of over $50 million.
Charlie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Managerial Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University. He also holds a Certificate in Corporate Community Involvement Management from teh Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
Charlie currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Chamber RVA Foundation, the BridgePark Foundation Board, the St. Mary's Hospital Community Advisory Committee, and the Alumni Board at Hampden-Sydney College. As Director of Operations, Erin works closely with the COO and oversees the internal and external daily operations for the Foundation. She has over 20 years of experience in retail and small business management, and expertise in event planning, project coordination and customer service. Erin keeps our work moving forward with her attention to detail and thorough organization - all with high-energy and enthusiasm!
You will find her dancing! Erin is a lifelong dancer and continues her dance training in hip-hop, jazz, tap and ballet, and performs in a yearly recital. She loves the summer months, and can be found lounging by the pool or at the beach reading a good book.

Jamie is the lead staff for accounts payable, including payment processing for every grant and operating disbursement. She assists the Foundation's supporting programs, reconciles and reports on the Foundation's charitable trusts, and works closely with our auditors to maintain the Foundation's clean opinion. Jamie's team relies on her levelheaded thinking, describing her as "unflappable even in the most hectic situations."

Jayme Swain oversees VPM, a network of PBS and NPR stations across Central Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley that connects nearly two million people to insightful programming in arts and culture, history, science, news and education. She has launched a number of impact-driven initiatives, including the expansion of original education programming with a focus on children in underserved communities and an increase in digital storytelling across the web, social media and podcasting.
As leader of the Virginia Foundation for Public Media, Jayme manages the stewardship and advancement of an endowment to ensure the future of public media in the Commonwealth for years to come. She currently serves on the Board of the Richmond Performing Arts Alliance, as co-chair of the Organization for State Broadcasting Executives, and as a Professional Director on the PBS Board. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

Jennifer Hunter serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Citizenship & Chief Sustainability Officer for Altria Client Services, which provides professional services and support to Altria Group and its operating companies. Jennifer leads the company's corporate responsibility and ESG strategy and integration efforts, including environmental sustainability and its operating companies' efforts to help prevent underage tobacco use and help adult tobacco users who decide to quit to be more successful. She also leads corporate communications, community impact and inclusion, diversity, and equity.
Jennifer has held a variety of roles in Philip Morris (PM USA) Sales, PM USA Youth Smoking Prevention & Corporate Responsibility and ALCS Corporate Responsibility & Stakeholder Relations. She joined PM USA in 1994 as a Territory Sales Manager in Kenosha, Wis.

Liz has an extensive background in marketing and communications and is skilled at creating and fostering collaborative cross-sector partnerships for various groups and audiences. During her tenure at the Foundation, Liz has managed many groups, platforms and programs, including ConnectVA, YNPN RVA and cohort programs for corporate partners and donors. Liz brings a diverse skill set to the Community Foundation and strives to enhance and help to build further recognition of the Community Foundation brand, in hopes that philanthropy and service can become more integrated into our community.

Manju Ganeriwala served as Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Virginia from January 2009 through June 2022. She was first appointed as Treasurer by Governor Kaine in 2009 and then reappointed by each administration in succession, including Governor Younkin in 2022. As Treasurer, she oversaw the investment of public funds; issuance of municipal bonds and management of state debt; provision of banking services and administration of the state's risk management and unclaimed property programs. Ganeriwala also served as Chair of the Virginia Treasury Board and was a member of ten other state boards, including Virginia Housing, Virginia 529, and Virginia Small Business Financing Authority. Michelle assists with the annual audit, preparation of the financial statement and IRS Form 990, and other financial reporting needs.

Neil Amin started his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he advised public and private technology companies on merger and acquisition transactions, as well as capital markets activities. He is currently responsible for 67 hotels owned and operated by Shamin Hotels under Hilton, Marriott, Intercontinental Hotels and Hyatt brands. He also oversees the operations of Shamin's Assisted Living and Dementia facilities in Virginia. During his tenure at Shamin Hotels, the company has received numerous awards and recognitions including the Developer of the Year from Intercontinental Hotels Group and the Multi-Brand Developer of the Year, New Build/Adaptive Reuse of the Year, and the Lifetime Achievement Award from Hilton Hotels. Amin has been recognized as one of the Fifty Most Influential Virginians by Virginia Business.
Amin graduated from The Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS and MBA in Finance. He is passionate about assisting the communities where the associates of Shamin Hotels live and work. He currently serves as the Past Chairman of the board of Richmond Region Tourism and serves on the boards of Virginia Community Development Corporation, Sports Backers, Venture Richmond, the Virginia Council on Economic Education, and the Virginia Museum of History and Culture. Dr. Paula Pando has 30 years of experience in both public and private higher education. Since 2018, she has served as president of Reynolds Community College, which enrolls over 15,000 students across four campuses in the Richmond region. The daughter of immigrants, Dr. Pando is fluent in both Spanish and English, and has a profound commitment to educational opportunity and equity.
Dr. Pando currently serves on several boards including ChamberRVA, the Valentine Museum, Go Virginia, the Higher Education Research and Development Institute (HERDI) South, and Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities. In 2017, she was selected for the Aspen Institute's Presidential Fellowship, a rigorous 10-month applied executive leadership program in partnership with Stanford University. Dr. Pando has been recognized for her tireless dedication to students and the community by the New Jersey Council on County Colleges with the Community College Spirit Award in 2014, the Dana Hamel Award in 2021 (the highest leadership award bestowed by the Virginia Community College System) and was inducted into the inaugural class of Women Who Drive Richmond, presented by the Richmond Times Dispatch and Richmond Raceway.
Dr. Pando earned an Ed.D. in educational leadership from Rowan University, an M.A. in education administration from Saint Peter's University, and a B.A. from Stockton University. She is the proud mother of three adult children, Jake, Luke and Isabella.
Philip Goodpasture is a partner on the Business and Corporate practice team at Williams Mullen. His work focuses on private equity transaction strategy, including structuring long term partnerships and joint ventures primarily in the fields of internet commerce and entertainment. He often assists clients on matters related to charitable giving. Mr. Goodpasture is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
Active in the community, Mr. Goodpasture contributes his services as general counsel to The Virginia Foundation for Community College Education and The Richmond Forum and is a member of the Board of The World Pediatric Project. He is a 1994 graduate of Leadership Metro Richmond. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, with high distinction, from the University of Virginia in 1982 and his juris doctor degree, also from the University of Virginia, in 1985.

Sherrie Armstrong has served as the President and CEO of the Community Foundation for a greater Richmond since July 2015. The Foundation holds $1 billion in assets with a staff of 45 and an impact focus on educational success, economic prosperity, health and wellness and community vibrancy. The Foundation holds over 900 funds and is responsible for facilitating their philanthropy and contributions across the region.
She has held executive leadership positions in the nonprofit sector for over 30 years including 26 years with United Way. Her current board positions include Grow Capital Jobs, Chamber RVA, The Forum Club, and 757-RVA Partnership.

Terrell L. Harrigan is a professional interior designer who worked in the Greater Virginia and Washington, D.C. areas. Although this work brought her much joy, she found her passion and true fulfillment when investing her time and energy into her volunteer work in the community. Terrell has served on numerous boards ranging from the arts to education to healthcare, and she currently serves on the Massey Cancer Center Advisory Board and the Jenkins Foundation Board of Directors.
Previously, Terrell has served on the boards for The Collegiate School, the American Red Cross of Richmond, and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. She also served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Children's Museum of Richmond.

Tom Barkin is the president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, where he is responsible for monetary policy, bank supervision, payment services, and the Fed's National IT organization. He serves as a voting member on the Fed's chief monetary policy body - the Federal Open Market Committee - and he is continually "on the ground" in the Fed's Fifth District, which covers South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, DC, West Virginia and Maryland. Tricia Harper serves as KPMG Lead Partner for the Commonwealth of Virginia, as part of the firm's State & Local Government leadership team. She oversees KPMG's service delivery and operations across the entire Commonwealth, including Executive Branches, localities, academic medical centers, and public universities. Her efforts focus on supporting strategy and transformative initiatives to drive enhanced outcomes for state agencies.
Tricia took on this role in 2019, after serving as Chief of Staff to KPMG's first female Chairman and CEO, where she was responsible for driving firm-wide initiatives around growth, values and culture and Board Governance. Tricia joined KPMG over 20 years ago, after obtaining her B.A. from James Madison University. She is passionate about serving the local community and has engaged in roles that provide her this opportunity, including Families Forward Virginia, LEAD Virginia, Young Life Powhatan, and as an advisor to various women's leadership boards.

As Senior Vice President of Civic Engagement, Vanessa convenes a coalition of community organizations, business leaders, institutions of higher education, and government entities to help create a better ecosystem for civic engagement across our region. She also leads the Civic Engagement team in creating opportunities for people to learn about and engage with the Greater Richmond community, empowering individuals to give back with their time and voice in ways that feel meaningful and generate the most impact.
Vanessa's lifelong passion has been helping youth and adults engage by finding individual solutions to critical community issues. Vanessa was a co-founder and director of HandsOn Greater Richmond, our region's volunteer center which merged with the Community Foundation in 2018 to help form the Civic Engagement team. She loves to see the "aha!" moment when a person identifies a need in the community and realizes they have the right resource to help.
She loves traveling to the beach, the bay, or somewhere tropical. Liz and her husband love spending time with friends and family. They have two boys - four-year-old Oliver and new baby Leo, as well as a fur baby Cayenne, a fox red Labrador.
She is spending time with her family or dining at Southbound, her favorite restaurant. Molly loves her neighborhood in Bon Air and frequents the James River and her local pool. She also serves on the boards of the Estate Planning Council of Richmond, Jacob's Ladder, and SwimRVA.
