Andrew Little

Andrew grew up locally and continues to live in the area. He joined the practice in 2009 and has already obtained significant post graduate qualifications. He is particularly interested in oral surgery, specialising in dental implants. Providing services from single implants through to complex full Arch restorations. He also provides these services on a locum and on a referral basis for many other practices. He also undertakes complex wisdom teeth extractions, soft tissue surgeries and apicectomies on a regular basis. In addition, he completed An implant and bone grafting training course run by Ashok Sethi, internationally renowned for his work in the field of dental implantology. Andrew routinely performs conscious sedation on his patients requiring anxiety relief and was recently recognised as a SAAD (Sedation and Anaesthesia in Dentistry) mentor. Andrew has completed his clear aligners course with UK based company Smilelign and provides a fast aesthetic alternative to traditional braces for straight teeth in suitable cases. He maintains a full list of routine dental care for both children and adults. Away from work, Andrew is kept busy with his young family (and a devoted cocker spaniel!) - failing that, he never gives up hope of making it to the gym!

David Little

Qualified from Queens University Belfast in 1982, David is our practice principle and owner. Originally from Fermanagh, David settled in Banbridge in 1983 and has been running his practice in Banbridge since 1985. Over the years he has developed particular interest in orthodontics and surgical dentistry, completing a certificate in dental implants in 2001 after which he introduced dental implants to Cliffgar Dental. He has years of experience and continues to offer a full range of routine dental care alongside his more specific interests, as well as having significant experience in conscious sedation and keeping up to date with developments by undertaking regular training across all dental disciplines. Outside of dentistry David has a keen interest in antiques and collectables.

Jessica Nethercote

Jessica graduated from Queen's University Belfast with distinctions in Conservation and Prosthetics. After graduating, she worked in a dental practice Belfast, before joining the team at Cliffgar in 2021. She has completed the Diploma of Primary Care Dentistry (RCSI) and is working towards membership of the Faculty of Dentistry in Ireland. Jessica provides a full range of dental treatments for adults and children in a relaxed and friendly environment, which can be supplemented with inhalation sedation for particularly anxious patients. She is currently undergoing training in intravenous sedation. Jessica has a particular interest in minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry, including the use of clear orthodontic aligners, whitening and composite treatments to enhance beautiful, natural looking smiles. She has a strong focus on preventative care and enjoys helping patients on their journey to achieve optimum oral health and appearance. She is committed to further professional development and continues to expand and hone her skills through ongoing training in a range of disciplines. Outside of dentistry she is an avid baker, and dog-lover!
