Having joined Cpl in 2017, Grace manages the Commercial team that recruits for Office Support, HR, Marketing, and Sales across Cork and the broader South West region. Before joining Cpl, Grace completed a first-class honours degree in Social Care and recruited professionals for the NHS and not-for-profit sector in London.
Grace now recruits HR and Office Support professionals including PA's and Administration Assistants right through to Operations and Office Managers. Her team also recruits for high-volume projects across Customer Service and Administration. She is dedicated to sourcing the best candidates for her roles and takes pride in understanding the needs of both her clients and candidates to find the best solutions for them.
Marguerite is a graduate of DIT, Trinity College Dublin and UCC, with a strong background in Operations and Management across Catering, Insurance and Recruitment. Marguerite brings with her a strong commercial knowledge and a passion for working with people.
Having worked in the US, France and Australia, Marguerite returned to Cork with a broad range of experience, and a focus on excellence. She believes in building long-lasting relationships by providing excellent service and collaborating with both candidates and clients.
