He holds a BSc in Biochemistry, an MBA, and is also a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP-I).

PHILLES CHEANG Director, Finance Philles has close to 20 years of experience in Financial roles in various industries. Focusing on Financial Accounting, Manufacturing Accounts, and Accounting System Implementation. She was also involved in SOX implementation, an internal control procedure to protect investors by improving the accuracy and reliability of corporate disclosures. She is a qualified accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Dr. Tan has nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare. Trained as a Nephrologist from the University of Minnesota, USA, he also has a Master's in Public Health. His prior job roles have included lecturing at the University of Malaya and serving as Medical Director of the Oriental Melaka Straits Medical Hospital in Melaka. Most recently, he has been working with the Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care group as a clinical nephrologist. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology and the Malaysian Society of Nephrology.
