Rajeev K. Dalmia, Chief Financial Officer, joined DishTV on January 5, 2007. He is responsible for managing the financial risks of the Company, financial planning and maintaining Financial Records of the Company. He is a qualified fellow chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta. Rajeev has a vast experience of over 28 years in diverse organisations including Petrochemicals, capital markets and Textile industries. Prior to joining DishTV, he was senior vice-president - finance of South Asian Petrochem Limited from September 2000 to December 2006.
Rajesh Sahni, has been associated with Dish TV since 2010 and is presently designated as Corporate Head - Service Support & Infrastructure with the Company. In his current role, he is responsible for driving excellence in field service operations for both the brands of the Company, conceptualizing and design service processes, define Network requirement for desired service delivery, audit service processes and build sustainable service infrastructure. He has been instrumental in setting up customer service network across the country and effectively handled Call Center Operations. Prior to joining Dish TV, he was associated with companies like LG, Canon, Nokia, Electrolux. During his last stint he was working with Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications as Head of Customer Service, India Operations. He has more than 33 years of experience in Customer & Field Services. Mr. Sahni is an Engineer in Electronics and Telecommunications.

Ranjit Singh, Corporate Head - Secretarial, Legal & Regulatory, joined DishTV on December 24, 2004. He is responsible for the Legal, Regulatory and Secretarial / Statutory functions of our Company. Ranjit has more than 20 years of work experience having worked with FMCG, Electrometrical and Software Firms. Prior to joining us, he was the Company Secretary of Parsec Technologies Limited from November 2003 to November 2004. He is a qualified Company Secretary and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a bachelors degree of law from Delhi University.
Mr. Ravi Bhushan Puri(DIN No - 06686381) is an Executive Director on the Board of your Company. Mr. Puri is a multi-skilled professional with a track record of managing Broadcast projects and stakeholder expectations, while taking full responsibility for delivering the project objectives. Mr. Puri is responsible for managing STB Product development life cycle & Broadcast Operations with Compression, Baseband, Electrical, Playout & RF infra for the Company. Mr. Puri is currently engaged with the Company in various profile like Project Planning, team Coordination, Budget Management, Quality Assurance, Vendor Management, Risk Management and continuous improvement. Mr. Puri is presently designated as ‘Corporate Head - Broadcasting', of the Company.
Mr Puri's Technical skill includes Broadcast Systems, Compression Headend, Baseband Systems, Playout & Automation Systems, MPEG, DVBS/DVBS2 Delivery Model, Streaming Protocols, Analog/Digital Video Standard, STB Delivery Mechanism.
Sukhpreet Singh, has been associated with Dish TV since 2016 and is presently designated as Corporate Head - Marketing (Dishtv) with the Company. In his current role, he is responsible for planning & implementing Brand strategy for Dish TV, package construct & pricing, manage Interactive Channels of Dish TV, Corporate communication, Media buying and build Brand equity of Dish TV. Prior to joining Dish TV he was associated with companies like Dabur India, Gillette, Dalmia Group, Whirlpool, Kansai Nerolac. During his last stint he worked with Samsung Electronics India in the capacity of Director Marketing - CE Business. He has more than 20 years of experience. Mr. Singh is a Post Graduate in Business Administration from International Management Institute.

Mr. Sunil Khanna (DIN No - 02496813) is a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of your Company. Mr. Khanna is B Tech (Hons) from IIT Kharagpur and PGDBM from IIM Bangalore. Mr. Khanna has worked extensively in the media industry in India since the launch of first satellite TV channel in India and has contributed significantly in development of the various scalable and innovative business models in the industry. In his tenure with Zee Network, he developed the distribution model for organising the fragmented and unorganised cable industry in India and launched the first MSO in India.
Subsequent to that he developed the business model for launching Pay TV in India and provided leadership to Zee Turner Limited. He was actively involved in the launch of first direct to home services in India through Dish TV India Limited in the capacity of CEO from 2004 to 2006.
As co-founder to Grey Cells 18 Media Pvt Ltd, he developed the concept and launched the first curriculum linked TV channel in India i.e. Greycells 18.
Mr. Khanna is Founder of Songdew Media Pvt Ltd. which is playing an important role in bringing indie music to mainstream. Songdew is engaged in showcasing indie music and is also helping brands in retail industry by helping them develop sonic identity and curating music.

Mr. Gupta has a vast experience of over 33 years in various functions. Mr. Gupta has been actively involved in diversified roles with the Company which included Business Management, Usage and Retention including subscriber management services, Information technology, Broadcast operations, Call Centre operations. Mr. Gupta possesses strong General Management & Leadership skills with rich and varied experience in sectors like - Media, Direct to Home Services & Information Technology. Mr. Gupta is also heading the OTT division of the Company and is also part of the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors.
